We’re excited to announce that To Do is rolling out to Outlook for Windows for the Current Channel users (starting with Current Channel version 2207). With this release, you can use the To Do app right from Outlook for Windows to plan your work and commitments effectively and stay focused on the tasks at hand.40KViews5likes30CommentsHint: Use Microsoft ToDo for private and business tasks with "business" Outlook
Hi, i came across the issue that a list that i shared with others to organize a wedding shows up in my business Outlook. As there are many tasks to do for a wedding it blows up my tasks bar. There is an uservoice about this LINK - but not so much voters. I found this workaround and want to share it: Go to Outlook - perform a right click on the bar above the Todos and select "View settings": h Then go to the tab Advanced and add the filter for "in folder" Select "does not contain" and enter the name (or a part) of your list - let the all start with "PTasks" then you only need one filter. (Don't know what happens if you rename afterwards though) and - bam - the tasks from your list is gone. best regards Stephan5KViews0likes0CommentsContext Menus no longer appearing when I right click on tasks
Hello - I commonly used the context menus in the ToDo web app (using on desktop) to move tasks between lists in the way demonstrated here: Move tasks between or within lists Following the update to version 2.119.1 which I believe happened earlier this week I can no longer access any context menus, can't drag and drop tasks and cannot find anyway to move tasks between lists. This was a key feature for my workflow so I really need it back.Solved3.2KViews0likes3Comments[Feature Request] Let us make hourly reminders or for every few minutes
I want to be able to make hourly reminders or for every few minutes, like 20 minutes. this is really important for me, but the minimum time i can set for repeating tasks is 1 day. please upvote this suggestion on UserVoice too: https://todo.uservoice.com/forums/597175-feature-suggestions/suggestions/42699266-let-us-make-hourly-reminders-or-for-every-few-minu3.2KViews3likes2CommentsHow do you view To Do tasks in Outlook online?
I have an automated workflow that creates a task for a user. The user is an admin account that's not accessed any way other than a web browser. I'm adding a To Do task for the user but I'm not finding this in Outlook. Is it the intention that items assigned to the user can only be viewed in To Do? If the user doesn't have this application opened, how would they know the task has been assigned? I can find methods to notify the user via power automate or just create a calendar event but it just seems like I might as well not use the To Do connector at all at that point. It just strikes me as odd that this application appears to be locked out of integrating with any other M365 products. What am I missing?2.1KViews0likes2CommentsTo-Do at Ignite 2018

Hello everyone I recently asked myself if it is possible to share a ToDo list between a personal and business account. Well, I found on this page that it is possible but only when the personal account is the owner of the list and shares it with a business account. So, I tried it by myself and I got it to work but not as good as I hoped. I can join the list with my business account but when I add a task it won't sync it and doesn't show up in the list on the personal account. Bizarrely when I add a task from the personal account side it syncs the task, and It will be shown on my side with the business account. I tried it with personal to personal account as well and this one works perfectly... Thanks for your responses.1.6KViews0likes0Comments
