Greetings, I’m using an iPad 10th gen with Outlook for iOS. What I want to know is if its possible to sync To Do tasks that were assigned to me in My Day. I seem to do everything that I need but I cant manage to see them in my calendar. We are using this system to make a big pool of tasks that we need to do around the shops and sometimes when our regular duties are done, we could pick some tasks in the pool, assign them to the correct workers and then it would appear in their calendar so other people can see that they are already doing something in the Day. I’m sorry if its hard to understand as I’m not a native English speaker. My first language is french so dont hesitate to ask for more information if you need some. Thank you and have a good day.28Views0likes0CommentsHow do I link a ToDo list to a Chat (NOT a Team's Channel)
Hi, In a Microsoft Teams Channel, you can set up the Lists app or install the Planner app to track tasks. However, I have a chat with my boss (not a Teams Channel), and we want to track our to-dos or tasks. For some reason, I can't install the Lists or Planner app in our chat. When I click on the "+" sign at the bottom, the apps I mentioned above aren't showing up. Vipul15Views0likes0CommentsShared ToDo deleted tasks > how to restore?
Hello everyone, We share a ToDo with my colleagues and I deleted some tasks by mistake. I tried to restore them but whitout success. I cannot find any place where those deleted items went. I tried a lot a of solutions found on the net but none of them worked. I also point out that those tasks were not mine. So I am looking for some help. Does anyone have an idea or even a solution about that?34Views0likes0CommentsContext Menus no longer appearing when I right click on tasks
Hello - I commonly used the context menus in the ToDo web app (using on desktop) to move tasks between lists in the way demonstrated here: Move tasks between or within lists Following the update to version 2.119.1 which I believe happened earlier this week I can no longer access any context menus, can't drag and drop tasks and cannot find anyway to move tasks between lists. This was a key feature for my workflow so I really need it back.Solved3.3KViews0likes3CommentsMicrosoft Todo (on Teams) does not remember sort
In teams, I can open Planner (todo) and list tasks from my todo. But each time I sort based on Title either Ascending or Descending, this works only when I am in this tab. ( I am having to do this because there is no numbering and way to set custom priority manually) Once I browse to any other view, either to Teams itself or even to just My Plans or My Day and come back to My Tasks, the sort order is lost and I have to do this again. Can this be fixed please?Announcing: To Do is now rolling out to Outlook for Windows
We’re excited to announce that To Do is rolling out to Outlook for Windows for the Current Channel users (starting with Current Channel version 2207). With this release, you can use the To Do app right from Outlook for Windows to plan your work and commitments effectively and stay focused on the tasks at hand.40KViews5likes30CommentsHow do you view To Do tasks in Outlook online?
I have an automated workflow that creates a task for a user. The user is an admin account that's not accessed any way other than a web browser. I'm adding a To Do task for the user but I'm not finding this in Outlook. Is it the intention that items assigned to the user can only be viewed in To Do? If the user doesn't have this application opened, how would they know the task has been assigned? I can find methods to notify the user via power automate or just create a calendar event but it just seems like I might as well not use the To Do connector at all at that point. It just strikes me as odd that this application appears to be locked out of integrating with any other M365 products. What am I missing?2.2KViews0likes2Comments
