8 TopicsAssignments - There was a problem when attaching this file. Please remove and try again
We've seen this error occur repeatedly for 3 students over the past few weeks since Christmas. It's occuring on the windows app and via Chrome, both are running the latest version. It's at the point of submitting an assignment. We've tried creating a brand new word document with only one sentence in it, thinking it was the file with the issue. The issue appears to follow the student, no matter what device they use to upload the assignment. Any thoughts? Thanks, Phil7KViews0likes1CommentUploading Folder to SharePoint
When uploading folders to SharePoint from within MS Teams we occasionally see an error when uploading. When this occurs there is always a file created, with no extension, which has the same name as the folder which we tried to upload. Has anyone seen anything similar, or able to advise on what the issue is?2KViews0likes3CommentsiOS issue uploading photos to files
Hello! We are having some issues uploading photos under the files tab in Teams. It looks like it's uploading and we get no error message but the file never appears. I get an email notification saying that there's a new file with the name ~tmpBFXXXXXXXXXXXXXX.jpg in the library but there's no file. I've tried changing the photo format to .jpeg and turned off live photos but to no avail. If you post a photo in the 'Posts' page it works fine. Anyone experienced something similar? iOS: 13.6.1 Teams: 2.0.202.2KViews0likes1CommentFiles in ORG are gone and noone is able to upload any new files.
Hey everyone, I'd like to resolve an issue here. Seems like all files from our org have disappeared, atleast from the "files tab" (you cant see any files there)... we can probably still scroll back to the original post where the file was uploaded but when you click on it it says "unexpected error" And the other thing is, that we can not upload any files in chats or team channels. The upload gets stuck at 10% and wont ever finish. So... if anyone is able to tell me, where the problem is, I'd be glad... or is it just the problem of having "free ms Teams" ? Hello I am currently facing an issue in saving excel sheet in ms teams. whenever i apply changes it gives me an error message that the changes cannot be changed. We're slowly migrating our Teams accounts because of a name change and i seem to have lost the ability to upload files to chats. I can however upload still in the teams tab. Our onedrive works fine as far as i can see but every time i try to log in on onedrive via teams i get the following error: 'Access denied. You do not have permission to perform this action or access this resource. Scenario ID: 1157' Colleagues which seem to have the same account on azure are able to upload however. Could this be a caching issue or something else? If the error message is correct, where would the manager be able to find the setting to change this?1.3KViews0likes1CommentForcing the addition of required metadata in file upload to Teams
Hi all, So, when we upload files to SharePoint, we have mandatory metadata fields that we must fill in, for multiple reasons. Right now uploading to Teams just... uploads. Is there a way to force the user to input metadata fields when uploading to Teams? I know we cannot see additional metadata fields in Teams, but that is sort of okay with us, as long as the files GET the metadata fields we need. Thoughts?Solved8.5KViews0likes9Comments
