63 TopicsRSS feed parameters?
I'm setting up my new RSS reader and I'd like to also have the history in my reader. I know that I can pass the size parameter to the RSS endpoint, like so: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/plugins/custom/microsoft/o365/custom-blog-rss?size=200 But a size of 200 does not cover the entire blog post history. This is only good for daily aggregation, although 25 should be enough on an hourly basis. Anyway, when I increase the number, at a certain point I receive a "Gateway Timeout: The proxy server did not receive a timely response from the upstream server." I'm wondering if there are more parameters to shape the returned RSS result. Perhaps even pagination? I know that there is a parameter label and a parameter board. I tried if there is a parameter page, but there isn't. Is pagination available with your RSS plugin? Or perhaps, if you could share the list of options I have, that would be greatly appreciated!1.9KViews0likes1CommentTrouble zooming in on an image in a post
Let's say I visit a blog post like this one: What’s New in Microsoft Teams | May 2023 - Microsoft Community Hub. There is a screenshot on this post that I want to look at more closely but it's too small to read the text. If I hover my mouse over the image, the cursor changes to a "plus sign magnifying glass". Great—I should be able to see it bigger! However, when I click on the image, it opens in a "lightbox"-style popover as I might expect, but it's now smaller than it was in the post itself. I eventually discover that there is a "full-screen" button barely visible in the top-right corner when I mouse over the picture which does display it larger, but it also switches my browser to full-screen mode, which I did not want. I hope you will agree that there is an opportunity here to improve the user experience.Solved1.5KViews2likes7CommentsMSN news community forum sign in issues
I have Edge 11, when I attempt to sign into an MSN community forum and sign in, the sign in window pops up with options, I choose to sign in with my MSN account, I click it, a new window shows up then goes away, the sign in popup is still there. I refresh the page and for a millisecond I am able to sign in, I know it is a millisecond because by the time I reply to anything, the next message is stating your session has expired. I have sent several feedback messages to MSN, as of today's date I have not receive a reply.1.4KViews0likes1CommentHello i am new here because of what happen to my facebnok account.

So I have been trying for a week now to get My Files Explorer on my Xbox One to work. There is this folder that should show up called Isolated Stroage which allows everyone to access all of their files and no matter what I do or no matter how hard I try, it is still not showing up! I re-purchased the app because maybe I thought that is what I needed to do. Before that, I clicked on “add new folder” and selected “add folder to library” multiple times because I looked up video tutorials which said to do that. Nothing is working! I don’t know what to do! Is there anyone that could help me figure out this solution? I would really appreciate it.1.3KViews1like1CommentTagging people has issues with spaces
Repro 1: Tag a Person using the @ After writing the @ press space Result The Editor (full or quick mode) will write another at sign like this @@ Repro 2: This also happens if you write characters after the at sign and press space to enter a second part of a name, most likely, a surname. If you repro this you will notice more issues like trying to delete the second at sign will not cause the first one to be able to search for a name as it is now an usual ASCII char not having the special functionality anymore. And some glitches while deletion using the backspace key. If you delete the second at and again press a space key after the first at sign it won't repeat. Expected behaviour: Writing an @ and space should not cause a second @@ Instead the first should remain fully functional to tag people. If anything is unclear please let me know. I can reproduce this issue anytime. Especially on Edge / Android, while I am sure that this is no Browser issue but rather a techcommunity.microsoft.com behaviour. So it belongs here to be triaged and hopefully fixed. Sidenote about tagging and etiquette https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/community-faqs/tagging-users-etiquette/ta-p/1820261 P. S. Please add the tag Editor to give the change to report others for Editor related issues, too. Current Tags don't seem to fit.1.2KViews0likes1CommentUnable to post, flooding error
Help!! I have just wasted 3 hours trying to post a question. I kept seeing errors of asking me to correct the highlighted errors and try again. And it said that maximum flood limited reached. I found previous message of someone facing the same issue. And some said to disable the setting of allowing HTML. I did it but it doesn't work. Please help!! Thanks, Jason1.2KViews1like23CommentsFinding that I can't post or reply in a certain threat, though I'm signed in
Hello! There's a thread that I'm interested in (https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/report-an-issue/windows-11-file-explorer-search-contents-fails/m-p/2934905/page/2) but when I go to it, there's no place to comment in the chain and all the "reply" buttons are grayed out. I'm logged in (it throws me over to GoDaddy when I click "sign in" and then brings me back to the forum...I even see my face in the corner so I know that worked. And I was able to post in THIS forum. What could be keeping me from joining in that discussion? Thanks! - milo1.2KViews1like5CommentsUnable to post, flooding error
I have just wasted 2 hours trying to post an Intune question , 2 questions actually. I kept seeing errors like this thread https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/tech-community-discussion/can-t-post-receiving-post-flooding-error/m-p/2280780 It turns out the error messages mention a non-existend "Save" button for saving drafts, and then tell the user they are rate limited for 300 seconds even after they have waited 6 minutes. The error messages are just random garbage and not at all useful, and all because I had merely not added a tag to my post. It would, be great if someone on the Software Test team had a look at and got this fixed so that the error message correctly admonishes users for not tagging, because the error message wasted a lot of time and I even deleted my account and created a new account over this poor experience. Hope this can be solved as it's a long running defect that discourages people from participating, and as a Software QA myself makes me want to never seek a job at a company that treats quality this way. As I write this I'm still seeing a message telling me to "Save" my post using some invisible save button. Thanks.Solved965Views2likes3Comments
