Hi there, I set up my company bookings page and although there have now been other admins assigned, I and I alone receive email responses to booking notifications. E.g. if a client who has a meeting with a colleague of mine emails to say they are running late, don't have the link or need to postpone the meeting, it only comes to my email address. I am moving on in a couple of months so need to action this before then. I cannot see in the settings/ set up how to amend this. TIA33Views0likes0CommentsHow to add Admin to Bookings-Calendar
Hello together, for testing i changed my role in a bookings calendar from "Admin" to "Team-Member." Now i dont have access to the settings to change my role. At the moment there is no Admin in this special Calendar. Any idea how to get back the control? Thanks. David1.4KViews0likes1CommentMultiple administrators
Hi, I've seen that it is possible to add multiple administrators on Bookings, but I'm still the only one who receive the confirmation email. The others admin can access to the calendar, but don't receive email (when someone books a slot). I would like to know how the other admin could be able to get notifications. Indeed, it would be really important for them to be aware of the bookings (when I'm on holidays for example). Many thanks for your help, Regards, Laura2KViews0likes1CommentBookings shows up as an app although disabled in settings
Hi, we disabled the use of bookings to roll it out on our own. Pilot it first and get to use it. But today this shows up at my normal user account: It does not work - but it says "Ask your admin" who is happy to answer all those questions what this new app is about 😉 So please remove the notification if the option is ticked Or recommend to remove the licenses for the app too.
