New Planner doesn't remember "Group By" setting
I was recently converted to the New Planner. My "Group" by settings were reverted to default, which wasn't a big deal, however I quickly related that New Planner doesn't remember "Group By" setting. I open my specific Planner, set the "Group By" to Due Date, but after I browse away and come back, the "Group By" has reverted to the default of Buckets. "Old" Planner used to remember all settings between sessions as you browsed away from and back to your Planner. This is very annoying and a loss of basic functionality. Please consider restoring this feature.
Hide the price for some departments
Hello team, I'm still new here and don't have much experience with the Planner. We use the Planner to organize deliveries. The sellers write the price "Preis" in a Forms document. This creates a bucket in the planner. However, only certain departments should have access to that "Preis" price in the Planner. The Planner is filled via MS Forms. Here are a few screenshots. It would be important to me if certain areas such as the purchase price in the Planner could simply be hidden for certain people. Is that possible here? Thank you very much for your support! What is the best method to migrate all my asana to the planner?
I carried out a survey in the organization where I provide services and came to the conclusion that it is better to migrate all of ASANA's usability to MS Planner, one for reasons that for task tracking it is basically the same, another is the integration with the entire MS platform. But a bigger concern is that the organization has projects in progress and many tasks in history, however, I am looking for the best way to carry out this migration. I see that there are many third-party programs that perform the same function, but I officially check this forum for better tips.
Turning off Email notifications....
Hi there, we have users that complaine about too much EMails send by the Planner App in teams. For instance, they do receive an email every time someone adds a comment to a task, where they are members. And they claim that this is only since last week or so. They want that to be turned off. But I cannot find where it could be located? Can anyone help. Thanks a Million Berthold
I cannot create a premium plan in planner. I cannot use the new planner at all.

We subscribed to plan1 to be able to create premium plans, then it appears this message: Looks like you're the first one in your org to use a premium plan! Please create a plan in Project for the web to get everything set up for you. You can then come back here to manage all your plans. Check out the web experience so we go to project for web and try to create a new project but it stay stuck for hours... see the screenshots: We have confirmed that all necessary licenses (e.g., Project Plan 1) are correctly assigned to the account. Do you have the required permissions to create and manage projects in Project for the web? why we can not create planner plans inside Microsoft Teams private and shared channels
I have a Microsoft Private Teams, which contains; 2 standard channels + 1 private channel + 1 shared channel. now for the standard channels i can create planner plan for them, as follow:- while for the private and shared channels this option is not available, as follow:- so what is the reason behind this , that we can not create planner plan for private and shared channels, even if i go to the related SharePoint site for the private and for the shared channels this option is not there as well:- any advice?Prevent Addition of Plan to Existing 365 Group
We have a couple of 365 groups that were recently created when we added a new appliance to our tenant. These groups have (and need to have) all user objects within them. However, I do not want our users to be able to add plans to these 365 groups. I have not found a way to prevent this. Have any of you found a way to control which 365 groups can have Plans added to them?
