Hi team, Just wondering if there is a way to get Teams analytics on a custom dates range? I know we can get trends currently for 7, 30, 90 or 180 days. But I would like to generate a report for a particular time period, for example: for the Month of December (31 days). Is there a way to action this ? Has anyone encountered issues with the "Teams Premium feature usage report" not showing accurate usage data? I ran the Teams Premium feature usage report (90-day usage) and noticed discrepancies. Is there a way to get historical reporting of agents that are opted in to a call Queue. The Power BI AA/CQ report has a field for "Max of agent call Queue count". This is good but does not show on an individual agent level. We use Teams Channel member ship so the supervisors can see live information of who is opted in and not. Hello, We have recently switched to using Teams for our Auto Attendance and Call Queues. A manager reached out to me for a report or at least a visual for one of her employees. She sees a high number of calls but one of her employees has a low number of calls taken. She was wondering if there was a report or somewhere to pull this agents missed calls or rather the calls that came into the call queue and he didn't answer and let the 20 secs run out and have the call go to the next agent. Our Microsoft team room update to window 11 IOT version. And some of the room show the error "Teams is currently experiencing an error. If the problem persists, please try restarting your device or talk to your administrator". It need to restart two times to resolve the issue. This is the first time we see this error, and have no such information can be search.
