New Teams client updated to version 23217.806.2340.1703. (client version is 49/23080601422.) today, secondary ringer which was set as inbuilt sound card no longer rings and I'm unable to set as option is no longer available in Settings > Devices. Checking Tech Community previous discussion that secondary ringer wasn't available on the early builds of the New Teams client but option was added later. Why has this now been removed or is there another way of setting this feature? For our organisation this is a deal breaker for our customer service and support desk team as they need this for call recognition in a noisy office or when working from home, not sure why Microsoft delayed this or have removed/broken secondary ringer.6KViews0likes3CommentsTeams call not going on-hold when receiving and answering calls

Hello! I have both a personal M1 ( Max ) Macbook and a work issued M1 ( Pro ) Macbook, and have noticed on both that with a fresh install of teams, running against Apple Silicon, Rosetta, running in Chrome Web and Edge Web, that Teams constantly disconnects from and reconnects to calls, making meetings very difficult. The activity monitor never seems to show any spikes or drops when ever these events occur, it simply seems to lose the call then 6 seconds later recovers. Specs: Macbook Pro - M1 Pro - 32gb - Monterey ( 12.6.1 ) Microsoft Teams Version 1.5.00.26358 Any help would be appreciated, DomSolved3.1KViews0likes4CommentsTeams answer button
Hi, I have seen this asked a few times but don't see any answers. When someone calls me on Teams I get no option to answer the call. If I press ctrl-Shift-S, the call is answered but there is no popup. Seems to be okay when from someone internal. But other internal users have no issues. I’ve checked all settings I can think of but they look fine. Any suggestions?9.3KViews0likes8CommentsVideo/Audio calls not working
Hi Team Since 2 weeks I have troubles with calls (video/audio) on TEAMS (desktop version): When I call, I get this error message (I can't attach screen shots): Sorry, we couldn't connect you When anyone calls me it goes straight away to the voicemail box even if my TEAMS is active and online. I don't see any incoming calls(audio/video) I noticed also that : - I see missed calls after that on my desk version for the call I didn't see. - Even when my desk TEAMS is active, I still get TEAMS calls on my cell - If I disable notification on my TEAMS on my cell, I still don't get any call on TEAMS on my desk - The web version is working on my desk but I can't use it because the share screen is too small. This is what I've done so far: - I made sure my Windows 10 is up to date (10.0.19044) - I made sure TEAM is up to date as well : 1.5.00.28567 - I restarted the computer - I deleted all TEAMS cache %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams - Uninstall and install TEAMS from scratch - I made sure that the option Calls ring me is selected on TEAMS on my desk - I made sure that the option When active on desktop is blocked on my TEAM on my cell (Notification\Block notification ) - I made sure that in Office 365 administration center, coexistence mode is set to Teams Only - I made sure that in Office 365 administration center, the voice routing is by default (same as my colleagues) RegardsSolved3KViews0likes5CommentsLabeling Calls in Microsoft Teams
Hello, I am tracking my employee's calls, and I want them to start labelling/classifying/Tagging calls into bins, for example if Lauren made a call, I want a way for her to mark the call so I can know if it was a personal call or a work call or a customer call etc etc...975Views0likes1CommentHow to redirect calls in Teams if you are "busy on the phone"
Hi everybody, is there a possibility to set up the call forwarding in the Call Center feature to a way, that "busy" is considered "busy on the phone"(an agent actually talking to somebody) and not the status "busy in the agents calendar" for an event. This means the Agent has an calendar entry with the status "busy" but is actually free for phone calls, It's just that Teams is considering the Outlook event as a "busy" block?! Can this be circumvented somehow, so that Teams considers "busy" only "user is actually busy on the phone"? Best regards, Matthias9.7KViews1like3CommentsTeam calls not ringing on Mobile app anymore
I’m using Teams on both my laptop and iPhone, and when I received calls it used to call on both at the same time, given I was logged in both places. It has however now suddenly stopped ringing on my mobile app, and only comes in on my laptop. Which is frustrating as I would like to have the opportunity to choose where to take the call from. How do I change that so I get call simultaneously on both devices again?Solved99KViews0likes17Comments'Do you want to make this call' prompt
I have managed to set up click to call through chrome extensions, but I still get the prompt in teams ' Do you want to call this number?' every time I try to ring a number. Is there any way to remove this prompt and just have it call the number when I click it?2.8KViews0likes1Comment
