Is there a way with any of the SfB Online features or preview features (currently enrolled in Dial Plans and AA preview programs) to enable the option to dial 0 after reaching a user's voice mailbox? This is one of the most important features we are waiting for as our users would like to give callers the option to reach our operator if they have an urgent issue. We also don't necessarly want all calls to go to the operator- with call forwarding- but looking for another option to route calls if needed. I've looked for a workaround since I know Exchange UM is not supported with SfB Online yet.... so any ideas would be very helpful!2.9KViews0likes4CommentsWe are looking for the option to call out with our local company phone-number
Dear community, I hope you can help me with my question. We are a small company in the Netherlands willing to use Skype for Business for our Servicecenter. All our colleagues using Skype for Business have a personal local phone-number wich differs per colleague. We also have a local company phone-number, when our clients dial this number all our colleagues are getting an incoming call. So far so good but now comes the problem: When we call our clients, they see our personal local phone-number or we can choose an anonymous phone-number. We are looking for the option to call out with our local company phone-number. We want this option so that the receiver of our calls can call us back and so that this call comes in with all our colleagues. Do anyone knows how we can install this option? Our thanks will be very great! Kind Regards, Y. GaviriaCall queues do not ring mobile phone for queue members who have forwarding or simultaneous ring
We are attempting to use a combination of AA and Call Queues to provide an after-hours on-call feature whereby an incoming after-hours call is distributed to two people. To do this we have these people in a group for a call queue that receives the call from the AA after business hours. We want these calls to dial their mobile numbers because (1) the SFB mobile client is unreliable, and (2) In some cases these people may need to receive the calls on non-smartphones. So, these people set their SFB software to forward or simultaneously ring their mobile phones. But, It looks like the Call Queue function in SFB won't allow calls from queue to forward to mobile phone. We have also tried doing this using a ghost SFB account that has delegates or team members who receive calls, with the same results. Am I missing something? Are there existing or upcoming features that offer some hope for our situation? Thanks.Automate Skype for Business client login with the specific credentials

Hello, I'm new here and new to the Skype For Business/Lync SDK. So I hope I'm posting this question in the right space. So I added a presence indicator control to my Winforms app, and the weird thing is that after hovering over it to bring up a contact card, it'll cause a null reference exception when I close my application. (Opening and closing the app without hovering over the presence indicator won't throw the exception, but the control is still there and correctly color-coded with the user's presence.) This also only happens when bringing up the contact card for users other than myself. Since this is my first time working with the Lync SDK, so I'm wondering if there's something I should be doing to dispose of the Lync controls before closing? What about the contact card might be causing a null reference exception? Here's the stack trace for the null reference exception: at Microsoft.Lync.Controls.Internal.Model.OcomModel.GroupsModel.UnwireGroupdAddRemove() at Microsoft.Lync.Controls.Internal.Model.OcomModel.GroupsModel.Dispose(Boolean disposing) at Microsoft.Lync.Controls.Internal.Framework.Common.UCBaseModel'1.Dispose() at Microsoft.Lync.Controls.Internal.Model.OcomModel.ContactsAndGroupsManagerModel.Dispose(Boolean disposing) at Microsoft.Lync.Controls.Internal.Framework.Common.UCBaseModel'1.Dispose() at Microsoft.Lync.Controls.Internal.Model.OcomModel.UCClientModel.DisposeModels() at Microsoft.Lync.Controls.Internal.Model.OcomModel.UCClientModel.Dispose(Boolean disposing at Microsoft.Lync.Controls.Internal.Framework.Common.UCBaseModel`1.Dispose() at Microsoft.Lync.Controls.LyncServiceProvider.DisposeUcClientModel() at Microsoft.Lync.Controls.LyncServiceProvider.HandleWindowsFormsApplicationExit(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Application.RaiseExit() at System.Windows.Forms.Application.ThreadContext.Dispose(Boolean postQuit) at System.Windows.Forms.Application.ThreadContext.ExitCommon(Boolean disposing) at System.Windows.Forms.Application.ExitInternal() at System.Windows.Forms.Application.Exit(CancelEventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Application.Exit() at Console.Program.Main(String[] args)Skype Meeting Broadcast limitation concern
Recently, we used broadcast to create a new event on https://broadcast.skype.com portal successfully and get a share link: https://join-apac.broadcast.skype.com/.... As a presenter, I joined this broadcast event with skype for business 2016 desktop client, we also can share this event with the other link in the meeting entry info page, the link is https://meet.resource.lync.com/apacmeetings/..... Once attendees use this link to join the meeting, it will redirect to Skype for Business web app page and joined the meeting. Here is my concern: The maximum number of Skype for Business web app meeting participants who can anonymously join a meeting is 250, if attendees use https://meet.resource.lync.com/apacmeetings/..... link to join broadcast event, the limitation is still 250 or 1,000?A few questions regarding Call Queues and Auto Attendant
I noticied that our Call queue no longer states "in preview" is it safe to say it is productopn mode? We currently have a thrid party host our VOIP services so even though our users are all cloud-only based, our PSTN is classed as "on premisePSTN" I have setup several test scenarios and they have worked. Is this a supported model? We currently have multiple offices in multiple timezones and each will have their own call queue for reception but we would like them to cover the others for a few hours at the start or end of the day depending on the timezone (so we can have extended hours) and then if you are outside of these hours then go to "outside business hours" Is this possible? I understand that we need to associate the CQ with an AA to use the scheduling...but the scheduling will only allow for business hours or after hours...not extended hours. ThanksSolved
