We have already paid for yearly renting of the Skype phone numbers we are using for US, AU and these are not working because are not getting redirected after the right settings in place, also the voicemails are not working at all, no settings working at all and after paying there is no one to talk to and report the issue, no email of support, no department of support to send ticket, no phone number, absolutely nothing to provide you support as client for something that you paid and is not working!!! I have tried to adjust the settings based on the forms from the Skype app for windows also from the Skype app for web and I tried both the redirect also the voicemail and none of them working to be setup. Is there a way with any of the SfB Online features or preview features (currently enrolled in Dial Plans and AA preview programs) to enable the option to dial 0 after reaching a user's voice mailbox? This is one of the most important features we are waiting for as our users would like to give callers the option to reach our operator if they have an urgent issue. We also don't necessarly want all calls to go to the operator- with call forwarding- but looking for another option to route calls if needed. I am currently running macOS Monterey (12.5.1) with Skype for Business (SfB) 16.29.95. SfB is constantly running high on the CPU, even with a Quad-Core Intel Core i5. This appears to have started with the latest macOS Security Update. I've tried uninstalling/installing SfB and followed Marvin Ma MSFT's suggestion of removing items from the User Library, then restarted. I even repeated the process, downloading and installing a fresh copy of the SfB app to no avail. SfB still regularly takes up a large amount of processing power on my Mac, making it challenging to use many Adobe apps with the extra CPU load. Good morning, For the past few days, I have been experiencing several difficulties on skype despite the fact that I am using the latest version of skype. Here they are: - The messages I send on skype do not reach the recipients, they turn without ever arriving. - When I put my status in active, a few seconds later it disconnects. - I manage to call one person, but I cannot add more than one person in a call, but the messages do not go through. - When I want to create a new skype account, I can't log in to do so. Our Company policy dictates that we must lock down our exchange with 2 factor authentication. So we force a pin number to our devices and configure exchange active sync to authenticate via a user certificate (Certificate based authentication). Currently there are no options within the skype for business app to connect to exchange using a certifcate. So on launching the application we are prompted with the message (We cant connect to your exchange please try again later). We can connect to Exchange using certificates for email on the devices using the inbuilt stock email apps.
