format
1 TopicNon-breaking spaces by default
Hi everyone, I got a user who found that her print preview was weirdly formatted and after a bit of research I found that she had non-breaking space characters instead of regular spaces in her mails. The issue is that it seems to be a kind of "by default" behavior for her when composing a new mail since she did not do that on purpose (by inputting the related key combination). The only workaround I found at the moment is telling her to copy and paste with "text-only" option to have regular spaces inserted instead of non-breaking ones. Does anyone know how this can be fixed ? Important note : macros are disabled by default in my organization so I can't craft some weird VBA script to fix this (and yes I tried since I am running out of ideas).Solved77Views0likes6Comments
