25 year old website disappeared from Bing
Hello, Our brand website has ranked fairly well on Bing since Bing first opened. The site has existed since the year 2000. It has usually/often ranked #1 for the brand name and closely associated terms. We often had a full array of image and page links accompanying our listing even when that listing was not #1. Recently we've noticed that our top ranking home page & category pages have all disappeared from Bing and only a handful of deeper, somewhat obscure pages of the site are showing up & they are ranking very poorly (round page 3-5) with no image or page links accompanying. I've gone through Bing Webmaster Tools (and many other tools) and the site is healthier than ever, nearly 100% scores across all metrics, zero errors, very few warnings or suggestions. The site is modern, responsive, updated regularly & recently etc. I can't figure out why our normally top-ranking pages seem to have been purged from the results and only more obscure pages are coming up at all. The pages seem to be indexed, just not showing up anywhere anymore. Any Insights would be greatly appreciated.. Thanks.
Homepage Indexing Issue on Bing
Hi Bing Team, I am writing to seek urgent assistance regarding an indexing issue with my website's homepage on Bing. Despite multiple attempts to report this problem through the Bing Webmaster Tools, I have either received automated responses or no reply at all. I have already fixed potential SEO errors on my homepage, and Bing Webmaster Tools indicates that the page can be indexed. However, it still remains unindexed. I have followed all the guidelines and best practices for SEO, and I am confident that my website meets the necessary standards. I have also tried to follow up on my previous feedbacks but have not received any helpful responses. Results of file search can't be opened
Hello, I can't open results of searching in any network location on Windows Server 2012 R2. Files are found but for unknown reason I can't do anything with them. Can't use click or right click, nothing. Just white icons. If I search directly on the server result is the same. I can fix this by rebuilding file index on the server but it will work only for few hours. Event Viewer events about "Search" worth pointing out: 1. Event id 3036 - Crawl could not be completed on content source <winrt://{S-1-5-21-702083037-4092738604-xxxxx-6164}/>. Context: Windows application, SystemIndex catalog. Details: The parameter is invalid. (HRESULT : 0x80070057) (0x80070057) 2. Event id 10023 - The protocol host process 2636 did not respond and is being forcibly terminated {filter host process 4624}. I just don't know if (or how) it might be correlated. I got valid search results. Files are there but Windows Explorer refuses to open them. Same on clients with Windows 10, 8 and 7 Thanks for any help.
