All users receive "Your organization needs more information to keep your account secure" when logon o365 web portal. Users can select "skip for now (XX days until is required)" but it will finally require all users to provide it. I will have some user accounts to use on some applications or devices which must logon without multi-factor authentication and password should never changed. I have checked that the multi-factor authentication page of the "MULTI-FACTOR AUTH STATUS" for all users are disabled.I also checked that the "Self service password reset enabled" is set to "none". I don't have idea why all users still receive such message. How can I disable this message and requirement to all user accounts? Thank you.Solved499KViews1like24CommentsCreate Guest Users
Hi everyone, I want to know how can I manage the Guest Users. When I access to this section, I only see one record (in the image I hide the record) and the feature to delete it, but I can't see the button to create a new record. Where is the place or way to create more records? Thanks in advanced. Regards,SolvedWhat’s new in Office 365 Usage Reporting – Ignite Edition
In Office 365, admins have access to a suite of usage reporting tools - including the reporting dashboard in the admin center with 18 reports and Usage Analytics in PowerBI - that enable them to get a deep understanding of how their organization is using Office 365. Today, we're introducing a wealth of new usage reporting capabilities that help organizations drive end user adoption83KViews22likes56CommentsAssign External Users full Office 365 Licenses?
Is it possible to assign a license of Office 365 to an external user? It is possible within the Office admin center and the AAD admin portal to assign a 'guest' a license. However while it does assign them a license it appears they aren't able to use that license. I've tried this with a guest authenticated through MSA and a guest from another valid AAD tenant (neither had their own Office 365 license). So is it possible to assign the license to an external user have them use the license? I suspect no, but then why does it support assigning those licenses in both Office Admin Center and AAD Portal?Solved75KViews1like10CommentsIntroducing the Microsoft 365 Admin Center
Last year, at Inspire, we unveiled Microsoft 365, bringing together Office 365, Windows 10 and Enterprise Mobility + Security, to deliver a complete, intelligent and secure solution for the modern workplace. In October Microsoft 365 Business reached general availability, representing an integrated solution designed to simplify IT for small and medium-sized businesses.63KViews10likes4CommentsGeneral Question: Microsoft 365 admin console tab label
I've never noticed before, but I do now. My admin tab label in any browser I choose, across several networks, displays as "Početak - Microsoft 365 admin center" via login through https://portal.microsoft.com . I am not Serbian, my company has no affiliations with Serbia, and our regional settings are not Serbian. Yet, that "Početak" is the word for "beginning" in Serbian. I'm thinking maybe Serbian contractors or Microsoft devs maybe made a mistake? I cannot find anything relevant to this via searches, so maybe someone has an answer on here. Maybe I'm overthinking, but just curious. I'm also not a developer, so the answer might be something very innocent. <*UPDATE 4/4/24*- Microsft appears to be rolling out a fix either regionally or all together. NA tenants look to be getting attention (ours is displaying correctly now). Looks like this was simply a language mishap, as pointed out in the noted "best response" in this thread. Thanks all for the interest and getting this noticed! >Solved61KViews23likes76Comments
