I have built a PowerBI dashboard feedback form using Microsoft Forms. I have connected the feedback form to a SharePoint list using Power Automate, so the customer feedback is saved in the SharePoint list. The plan is to create a button on the powerBI dashboards for the customer to click on and fill out the MS form. The only problem I have is that I need help to identify which report they are using when sending this form through. Can I generate the report name somewhere on the form to identify this?620Views0likes1Commenthttps://collabtools.sharepoint.com/:u:/r/sites/ITSS-SharePointWorkshop/SitePages/Home.aspx?csf=1&web
The action for Microsoft Forms is limited to the Q and A results. It needs to mimic and include the data columns created when "Export to Excel" link is used in the survey or quiz. Especially in the quiz, the additional fields pertaining to submitter info and Total Points is a must. I am completely crippled by the action only containing the test question data elements. Does anyone else agree?Forms webpart theme
There seems to be a change to the MS Forms webpart this morning and it's not clear where the theme is being adopted from. It doesn't appear to be from MS Forms or from the SharePoint site it's displayed on. Is it just a new setting that can't be changed or is it reading from the tenant theme?874Views0likes1CommentSingle form to multiple lists in sharepoint
I want several Sharepoints lists to be filled in from one form, depending on the answer in a question. I recently used Microsoft Forms for the first time. It is a fairly extensive questionnaire with 90 questions. At the beginning of the questionnaire there is a list of choices to which the other questions depend. The choice made there ensures that many questions are skipped and only the relevant questions for that choice can be filled in. There are, on average, 10 questions per choice, so it skip around 80 questions. Example: -Question 1 (list of choices) - Option 1 - Option 2 - Option 3 - etc. -Question 2 -Question 3 -Question 4 -Question 1 (list of choices) - Option 1 - Option 2 - Option 3 -Question 2 -Question 3 -Question 4 Now I have the problem that when I send the results with a flow to a SharePoint list, I get a unclear list with all results with a lot of white fields since these questions have been skipped when filling in. My wish is that several Sharepoint lists are filled in using microsoft flow, depending on the choice made in the first question. So separate Sharepoint lists of option 1, option 2, option 3 etc. Is this possible? Thanks in advanceSolvedEdit what items users can see from the SharePoint list I've created with Power Automate
I have create an automated forms that creates a new item in SharePoint list with the information that is provided in the forms. But the problem is that when people access the SharePoint list they should see only their records with the information that they provided in the forms and not all the other people informations. As I'm the owner of the Power Automate process, the item in the list is created by "me". How can I edit the view for the person who access the list to see only the records that contains their e-mail and not all the records? I've tried to edit in the read section in advanced mode on "list settings" but obviously it's not working since the option "SEE MY OWN ITEMS" is related to the item that the person created and that is not the case, as the item was created by my automated process extracting the information from the Microsoft Forms.Solved2.3KViews0likes2CommentsReceive Alert When Form is Edited
Is there a way to receive an alert when others members of a team make a significant edit to a Microsoft Form? Changes to Forms can inadvertently disrupt or completely break connected Power Automations. I don't see a way of using Power Automate to send an alert for changes made to the Form itself.SolvedReplace accented characters
Hi everyone, Throughout Microsoft Forms, I extract informations and use them in Flow. My problem now is to replace all accented characters and spaces from each field. I tried to use "Replace" and "CreateArray" expressions but get stocked. Do you have any idea how to do it? Thanks for your helpMicrosoft Forms -> Upload File -> Add to folder in SharePoint
Hi folks, I'm working with a workflow whereby someone completes a Microsoft Form, including uploading a file, which then creates a task in Planner (fine), emails some notifications (fine), and adds the uploaded file to a specific folder in SharePoint. That's where my issue is. I thought I had it down, but it's not adding the uploaded file to SharePoint, just a useless null doc. Any tips here would be massively helpful. Notes: I'm not wanting to add the uploaded file to a list in SharePoint per se, but to an existing document repo. Why it shows my email address under FROM email even someone else has submitted this below request
Hi, I am trying to build an internal ticketing system via Mircosoft Forms to Email/Teams and I am utilizing Power Automate to build a flow but whenever someone else has submitted a request then it shows my email address under FROM when I receive the email into the group email. Please advise how do I authenticate other internal emails and have them available as FROM email instead of mine only? Please advise on this. Thanks Kaushal
