SharePoint List Titles not showing
Hi all! I'm having an issue where when I am creating new items in my list, the title section is not showing. It is not even an option for me to check when I try to edit the form itself. I have confirmed that the title column is mandatory however it still isn't show.Multiple descriptions on List Calendar View
I was wondering if it is possible to have multiple descriptions on a List item in the Calendar view. Right now I have a travel form and it shows the name of the person going on leave but i would also like to **bleep** their destination to the line if possible. Thanks for the help in advance!
SharePoint List Rule to send email not allowing shared mailbox email address
Hi I have tried to search for an answer to this to no avail. We have a SharePoint list and want to create a rule that sends an email when a new list item is created. Sounds simple but I can't seem to add a SharedMailbox email address only UserMailbox email addresses. We do have a work around where we have created a rule in outlook instead that when the email arrives to the UserMailbox forward it to the correct SharedMailbox but it seems a bit silly that I can't directly add a SharedMailbox to the SharePoint list directly from the below. See below the screenshot of where I am trying to insert the SharedMailbox email address. It doesn't find it and if I add it in manually the create rule button doesn't activate. Greetings, I have a list on an internal company SharePoint 365 site where I'm trying to add the ability for users to select images instead of text from a choice column. I've stored the images on the same SharePoint site. I've added the below JSON code (with the actual links to the images, not the redacted text you see for company and department name) to the choice column's formatting field. Now, users can get started with a form without first needing to create a new list. As you create your form from Lists home, SharePoint, or the Lists app in Teams, the underlying list for responses is created automatically behind the scenes. This seamless process saves you time and effort, allowing you to focus on collecting and managing your data. Conditional Branching Make your forms smarter and more dynamic with conditional branching. This feature allows you to show or hide questions based on previous answers, ensuring respondents only see questions relevant to them. This not only improves the user experience but also helps you collect more accurate and targeted data. Logo Support Brand your forms with your organization's logo. Adding a logo to your forms not only makes them look more professional, but it also reinforces brand identity. Create more relevant forms with additional field types Note the image above and the corresponding numbers to indicate new supported field types: 1. Location Collect location data with support for location columns on forms. Whether you're planning events, managing inventory, or tracking deliveries, this feature ensures you have accurate location information at your fingertips. 2. Image With image column support, you can now include images in your forms. This is particularly valuable on mobile browsers, where the form can access the device camera for quick image capture and upload. Ideal for audits, visual surveys, product feedback or any form where images can enhance the data collection process. 3. Lookup support Enhance your forms with lookup columns, enabling you to pull in data from other lists. This means that values from a column in another list can be displayed as choices on your form. This feature is particularly useful for creating relationships between different datasets, ensuring your forms are always populated with the most current information. However, please note that currently respondents need at least read access to the underlying source list to see and select the options. 4. Attachments Need to collect files or documents from your respondents? No problem! Our new attachment field support allows users to upload files directly to the form. Enjoy greater control over your forms with additional settings Get Notifications for new form responses Choose to be notified the moment someone submits a response to your form. Hide collaborators Based on customer feedback regarding privacy, admins can run the PowerShell command Set-SPOSite -Identity -HidePeopleWhoHaveListsOpen $true to disable this feature on a per-site collection basis, so users cannot see who is working on the list at the same time AND the lists still support co-authoring capabilities, just minimizes the visibility of your co-authors on that sites' lists. SharePoint Board view bucket limited to 9 or 10 items
Hi everyone, I have recently started using SharePoint list Board view which is perfect for my needs, however my buckets seem to be limited to a maximum of 10 items. When I drag the 10th item into the bucket I get a red circle with a cross appearing at the top of the bucket and the card I tried to move to that bucket is put back where i dragged it from. Screen shot below of the bucket heading and the icon I'm talking about. Can anyone tell me what is going on here and how I can fix this? Thanks in advance!
