We have created a manifest file by following the link as mentioned in the Microsoft Documentation https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/outlook/mobile-event-based?tabs=jsonmanifest and uploaded to O365 admin for using it in Web application and mobile application, but Add-in is not showing in the Mobile application Add-in list. I have tried clearing cache in the mobile app and also tried PowerShell Command Set-OrganizationConfig -OutlookMobileGCCRestrictionsEnabled $false but it is not working. My questions are: Have we missed anything after deployment or in the Manifest file? Do we need to run any other PowerShell commands to display the application in the Mobile Outlook Add-in list? In some forums it was mentioned that the Add-in needs to be Whitelisted, is there any such thing. If so, how to do that? Please suggest us on how to proceed and help us with this manifest file (Add-in) to be working in the Outlook mobile application.10Views0likes0CommentsRSS Feed Folder Missing In Shared Mailbox
Hello, I want to subscribe to few RSS feed in Outlook 365, recently I was able to add RSS feeds in my personal mailbox RSS feed folder but now I want to make sure my whole team should get alerts when there is new update released by product hence instead of asking everyone to configure RSS feed personally I thought of creating shared mailbox where all have access and thought of adding RSS feeds their for our product websites. But unfortunately I dint find RSS feeds folder under shared mailbox, also I tried to change RSS feed folder delivery location to shared mailbox data file but it doesnt allow (due to .ost extension). Does anyone know how can I add RSS feed in shared mailbox if its really supported ? if its not supported then any official blog that has the statement declared by Microsoft ? Or is there better option to configure RSS feed in outlook so that my entire team will track alerts. Regards, Suraj Malusare117Views0likes4CommentsNon-breaking spaces by default
Hi everyone, I got a user who found that her print preview was weirdly formatted and after a bit of research I found that she had non-breaking space characters instead of regular spaces in her mails. The issue is that it seems to be a kind of "by default" behavior for her when composing a new mail since she did not do that on purpose (by inputting the related key combination). The only workaround I found at the moment is telling her to copy and paste with "text-only" option to have regular spaces inserted instead of non-breaking ones. Does anyone know how this can be fixed ? Important note : macros are disabled by default in my organization so I can't craft some weird VBA script to fix this (and yes I tried since I am running out of ideas).Solved77Views0likes6CommentsUnable to save Outlook attachments to Onedrive error: File Not Found

Hello, good morning! Recently, a specific client of our company stopped receiving our emails. We have already checked the administrator panel and the emails are listed as "Delivered". We enabled the "Delivery confirmation" option in the emails to test, and it returns saying the following: Delivery to these recipients or group was completed, but the destination server did not send a delivery notification. This message returned when we sent an email to another client who also uses another provider "@openvia.com.br", but after checking, they found our emails in the spam box. The client's provider is @terra.com.br.23Views0likes1CommentMeeting series disappearing after declining single item
Hi, There's been an issue with reocurring meetings which I can't seem to find a solution to. When declining a single item of a meeting series - e.g. canceling it for a vacation - the whole series disappears from the calendar. This affects the Outlook Calendar as well as the Teams Calendar and local calendar apps such as the Samsung Calendar App. The user isn't removed from the meeting, it just isn't shown in the calendar apps. Does anyone have a similar issue? I've not been able to find a solution on the Internet anywhere. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thank you very much! In Search Of software that works with Outlook to archive emails. I need to move project emails from my Outlook to my office network server. Need to be able to select and move emails in large batches. I used to use Message Save, but it no longer works with the new Outlook on Microsoft 365.12Views0likes0CommentsAutomatic Replies in Outlook - Insert Image n/a - PLEASE BRING IT BACK!!!
We use O365 for our business needs and recently came to learn that the insert image function is no longer available. As a company that uses an image to display our company logo, address and tagline in our e-signatures its is extremely frustrating to not be able to insert an image in our Automatic Replies when our staff are on vacation and want to create an Out of Office message. I have troubleshot this issue with Microsoft support and was given instruction to use a rule as a work around however this is NOT a good recommendation to what we believe is a HUGE problem since using a rule will send out of office notifications to every single email and not just one email to each sender as is done with notifications when using Automatic Replies. Please take note that we were previously able to insert images in automatic replies and now its gone! Not sure why Microsoft allows you to insert an image when creating an e-signature and even allows you to insert an image in Rules but not in Automatic Replies. Please review and consider bringing back insert image into Automatic Replies! With Thanks & Appreciation, Sonja Cicchetti168KViews7likes28CommentsOutlook 365
In the old Outlook I could drag Word, Excel, JPG, PDF files to a specifik folder under In-box and release. Then the file would be saved here. I can't do this in my 365. Do I need some kind of upgrade to be able to do this or is it just some kind of settings I need to change?58Views0likes1Comment
