5 TopicsMeeting Options are limited
Hello, I have run into a problem of not having a full access to meeting options. I would like to schedule meetings for other people in the office where I do not necessarily have to attend. I would also like to assign other people as co-hosts so that they are able to admit people and have more control of the meeting. There should be settings of being able to let people come in without waiting in the waiting room as well, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. Here is the attached screenshot: These are the only two options I get when clicking "Meeting Options". Additionally, whenever I set up a meeting, some people are not able to respond to it because they get an error of undeliverable response: "delivery has failed to these recipients or groups". What is the issue here? Does it have to do with how Outlook is set up? How can I change these limitations and errors? Thank you so much!19Views0likes0CommentsPromoting user to Co-Organizer after a meeting starts
I would like to know if there is a way, or a way to suggest a feature to promote a presenter (or attendee) to a Co-Organizer once a meeting starts. It appears there is no way to do this (only a way to move an attendee to presenter, or a presenter to attendee). Though foresight would be best, there are cases in which a non-delegated attendee may need to be set to be a co-organizer, to then work to control break out rooms, etc. If anyone knows a way it would be much appreciated. Please Note: I do not need to know how to set a co-organizer BEFORE a meeting. That is already understood. Thank you 🙂701Views0likes1CommentWhat is an "Organizer" account?

Basically today if I want to create a meeting linked to a Teams' channel, I need to do it exclusively on Teams. The option "Add channel" is only available inside Teams. The problem with it is that Teams's meeting organizer doesn't have the same formatting tools, almost none of the best tools, and isn't as user friendly as Outlook. Thanks for the support.Solved7.1KViews1like1Comment
