I am using the Outlook compose deeplink to open a new email in compose window from my react application with window.Open(deeplink), however for the very first time a new browser window is opened with new email in Draft state. If I use the same compose deeplink again from the same browser, then it opens the new email in compose mode as expected. It feels there is some issue with the cache/cookie storing the OpenID Connect token that gets loaded when I open outlook with the deeplink for first time, and other times it opens the compose email window properly. Also when I already have Outlook opened in browser and then if I open new browser window from my React application using the deeplink, it works alright. Hi, I created a meeting on teams and I can get meeting info with meeting join url. However if I create a meeting on outlook and I try to use same way to get meeting info, I will receive following error response: { "error": { "code": "Forbidden", "message": "An error has occurred.", "innerError": { "request-id": "a2303662-0cc4-4f4c-ad1c-9c303b2509e8", "date": "2022-11-21T08:34:46", "client-request-id": "a2303662-0cc4-4f4c-ad1c-9c303b2509e8" } } } On last month I created meetings on outlook and It worked but now it fails. Can you check why I was forbidden (I had access token generated by azure bot) and whether the users can get meeting info if a meeting is created on outlook? Does TEAMS in Desktop App allow opening of Outlook '.msg' files including the display of mail-attachments files (via Outlook Desktop App) located on channel libraries? I am afraid not, and yet Outlook is a Microsoft 365 product. According to me, only a PREVIEW of the text of the Outlook (mail) '.msg' file is available but the ATTACHMENTS (example '.xlsx', '.docx', '.pdf', etc.) are unfortunately invisible and inaccessible, which makes a huge difficulty for any user who wants to store '.msg' files in his Teams channels/libraries. Is there a problem in my configuration or is it simply not planned in the Teams product app, in which case, have you considered this change; If so, when? Consider doing this for '.oft' mail template files as well. Thanks Exact same issue for opening '.msg' via a SHAREPOINT (associated with Teams): attachments are inaccessible. Temporary tip: synchronize the library and open '.msg' from the synchronized directory (on C drive). But this is an extra step, and brings us back to the classic management of shared disk files like in the Stone Age. Note: my Microsoft Teams version is 1.5.00.21463 (64 bit). Hello, I raised this request to the official MS customer service already and they couldn't help. The problem is as follows: We are developing an Outlook Add-In using the 'new' JSON manifest way. So far, we deployed our plugin to the Azure BLOB storage destination as it's specified by Teams Toolkit. Also, we were able to register it in the MS Teams Admin Center. Now we wanted to make some changes to our icons registration in the manifest file and ran into an unknown exception. For testing, we reverted those changes and only increased the version number. However, the error message remained as-is, although the same manifest worked some time (maybe 1-2 weeks maybe) ago. There were no changes to the manifest file since then, except an increase in the version number. The manifest can be submitted without any issues if the "ribbons" part is completely removed. However, it passes all validations described in https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/dev/add-ins/testing/troubleshoot-manifest . All icons match the specifications. The same happens if we submit it as a new app. This is the error message that we could intercept in the browser's DEV Tools when submitting the manifest in the appPackage to MS Teams Admin Center (manage existing app).
