Teams CQD for Power BI (QER 4.9)
Public service announcement, the Power BI templates for Teams Call Quality Dashboard have been silently updated. The QER template in the pack has been updated to 4.9. I follow Matt Wade's GitHub (GitHub - MattWade-MS/QER: Repository for CQD templates) but nothing new has been posted there in a while. Anyway, the package was updated on 2/7/2024 (Download CQD Power BI Query Templates from Official Microsoft Download Center) and the release notes for QER 4.9 are: V4.9 The following updates/issues were addressed in this version. Search Search page has been updated to include Teams Events. Filter for Meeting Type added to make it easier to find Teams Events. Drill through to Event Health Details added. Teams Events Overview New Teams Events Overview report includes information about the Teams Events usage, includes a quick view of Events hosted in the last 7 days. Event Health Details Drill through report for Teams Events includes information on both Presenters and Attendees. VDI Clients New report for users on VDI clients. New Teams Usage New Teams client usage report for Mac and Windows. Other General fixes to PSTN reports to address changes in telemetry. Fixes to some of the formulas.
Microsoft Teams Report for user selection in Auto Attendant "menu option"
Hello together, In the Auto Attendant in Teams, there is an option called "menu option" that allows you to create different dial keys for various actions like forwarding, etc. Is there a report that shows which dial keys the user pressed in the selection menu? While Microsoft offers a range of ready-made reports, as mentioned in the link (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/aa-cq-cqd-historical-reports), these reports primarily indicate the usage of the menu but do not provide information on the specific number selected by users.
What constitutes as 'Unknown' in Call Queue Call Result in Call Queue Analytics from teams.
Hi all, I'm using the AA/CQD historical reports in Power BI and in the data for some Call Queue actions i'm receiving Unknown / Other. We have confirmed that one of our agents was forwarded / answered this call specifically in the time-frame (there was only one item in this time-frame so it was easy to drill down.) In the dimensions posted here (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/aa-cq-cqd-historical-reports) the 'other' and 'unknown' are pretty vague. see: 'An unknown condition has occurred'. I'm just curious if there's any way to find out why this went to unknown even though it was answered by an agent. (The call doesn't exist under the agents timeline either.) or if I'm at the behest of what data I am returned. Thanks!Full Screen not working correctly with Power BI app
I have attempted a few times recently to use full screen to display dashboards created in the Power BI app on the Teams desktop client. Entering full screen mode works perfectly, but once in full screen, there is no option available to leave this mode. Hitting the Esc key will shrink the window to show the Taskbar, but the window will remain borderless and it will be entirely filled by the dashboard. This leaves me unable to leave the Power BI dashboard and go back to view chats, teams, my calendar, etc. The only way I've found to get back to view other areas is to right-click on the teams tab in my Taskbar and click "New Chat," which will take me back to view all of my chats as normal. Other people at my company trying to view the same dashboards are having the same issue. This doesn't feel like something that was intended, but I can't find any information on this issue or how to resolve it anywhere. Am I just missing the button to leave full screen somewhere? If anyone knows of an intended way to change the view back to windowed correctly, it would be greatly appreciated.
Project/Job Management tool
Hi All, Being new to Teams (but loving what it does) I'm looking at ways to centralise and visulaise our projects/jobs. Please see the attached screenshot I took. Does anybody recognise this project Management tool? It's what we are looking for ie a sliding timelime with projects assigned and summary details below. This will then be visable to remote Teams members. It would be great if it had the ability to click on it and see components of it. Alternatively I'd be looking at getting something built to make this work and would be greatful if I'm pointed in the right direction of Software/Apps/Developers etc to get this done. TIA for any advice. Andrew
Power BI report in Team Desktop showing wrong date format.
I have Power BI report in MS Teams tab, the issue is the date format is in US on desktop version and the date format is in UK in the online Teams version. I want the format to be in UK for both. I have checked the Teams setting in desktop and also the windows setting in for the region and confirmed it is set to the UK.Teams live event log analysis Power BI

What is the correct access configuration needed to share a Power BI dashboard with all members of a Team? I have put the dashboard on one of the tabs in the team, but only those who I previously shared the dashboard with directly through Power BI are able to click the tab and see the dashboard. Someone who hasn't had this dashboard shared to them, but they were licensed for Power BI, and they were a member of the Team, got this error: I'm trying to get the configuration that will give anyone who has been made a member of the Team access to view the dashboard.
