New planner doesn't show a "schedule" view of tasks assigned to me from different plans
The new version of web-based Planner was enabled for me a few days ago, on November 17th. Apparently, I realized that one of the features I used is missing. At the "My Tasks" view, in the old version of Planner, one could choose to have different views, apart from the grid view. The most useful one for me was the "schedule" view, since I could see in one calendar, all assigned tasks from different plans/teams/projects. This functionality now seems to have been removed, and one can only see one separate schedule per plan.
Deep link to the scheduling dialog issue - Teams for iOS doesn't add participants to dialog.
Greetings Tech Community ! Please help me to find a solution for the following issue : My organisation is using Teams Room Console systems and recently we have implemented QR codes with deep linking to the scheduling dialog with the Teams room account- for quick and easy on the go scheduling using mobile versions of MS Teams. At first everything was looking good, but soon we started getting negative feedback from users with iOS devices. When they access the deep link - they are redirected to the scheduling dialog, but the room account is missing from the participants list. Accessing the link from Android devices works just fine (sorry for cyrilic): I have tried both of the following format - with the same results : https://teams.microsoft.com/l/meeting/new?subject=New%20meeting&attendees=Email address removed msteams://teams.microsoft.com/l/meeting/new?subject=New%20meeting&attendees=Email address removed At this point I am not sure if it is something I am doing wrong, or it is some kind of Teams for iOS functionality bug. Tasks with different calendar times
Hello Team. I'm stuck in a following situation. I have a 4 hour schedule (09:00 – 13:00) with a 20 minute break. Along the schedule I have special activities that must start at 10:00 to finish at 13:00. This is where the headache starts. I can't help it, I've already tried adding lag, creating a new calendar to add to these special tasks and adding slack. Unfortunately, every attempt led me to an activity that always ended the next day, outside the intended range. As I intend, a one-day activity that starts from 10:00 to 13:00, although my project calendar is set to 09:00 – 13:00 as in the schedule options
Day Notes Disappear in Shifts
Hello Everyone, We've been using Shifts for about a year now. We love it. Only issue we've had is with the "Day Notes" section at the top. We use this to list our handful of vehicles and who is scheduled for each vehicle each day. If we save the changes for the current week, all is good. However if we go to the following week or beyond and make changes, they will eventually disappear and all notes are lost. This has happened no matter if we choose share with "your entire team" or "affected team members only." Has anyone else come across this or found a way around it? Is there a better way to go about it? Any help is appreciated. Thanks!Multiple individual calendars
Hello, wonderful community! Is there a way to display multiple individual calendars for large teams (12-14 people) in a practical way using Outlook/Sharepoint? Right now, the view is pretty small. Would the solution be getting a bigger screen or can you help me find a more practical way? Thanks in advance. Stay safe!
Show user's current/next meeting, or calendar from hover card
Here's the use case: I am about to send someone a chat to ask a quick question, but I see they are busy. I want to know how busy they are or when they will be free so I hover on their face/status icon in a hope to see this detail or be able to view schedule/calendar - it's not there! My workaround is to go to outlook and look up the same person's calendar there.
