Recently I've been unable to open Word documents via the app in Teams. I've uninstalled/reinstalled Teams several times but that hasn't worked. My companies IT department said it is a known issue and to contact Microsoft since reinstalling the Teams hasn't worked. Not sure what to do next.
For some reason, I no longer have the option to edit a file that's saved in a Team Channel using the desktop app? I used to have "edit in browser" and "edit in desktop app" as options when viewing the file within teams but the latter option is no longer there? This is very annoying as one of the advantages of Teams and Office 365 over Google Docs is that you could do this, because the browser based editors are not great to use, and have limited functionality. Why has this been removed? When is it coming back? Thanks, Alan7.9KViews1like2CommentsLink Excel with Word within Microsoft Teams
Hello, I would like to know if its possible to link the data from specific cells in excel file with a specific range in a word document, where both are saved in a Microsoft teams. The idea is to generate an automatic report (on this word file), where the data comes from an excel file that is continuously updated from a Microsoft forms database (obs: the form and the excel are already communicating with each other). This is an example of the word file that has to be automatically filled Many thanks.2.6KViews2likes0Comments
