Option to Select Different Webcam in Microsoft Stream
Hi Microsoft Stream Team, I've been using Microsoft Stream for screen recordings and really appreciate the functionality it offers. However, I've encountered an issue regarding the selection of webcams. Currently, the app defaults to my laptop's built-in webcam, and I don't see an option to choose a different webcam. I have an external webcam set up on my monitor, and I would prefer to use this for my recordings due to its superior quality. Could you please add an option to select a different webcam within the Stream app? This would greatly enhance the user experience for those of us who use external webcams for better video quality. SharePoint or Stream - Option that allows content to be downloaded by all company employees
Good afternoon to everyone. My name is Leonardo Fonseca and I currently work as an administrator in a company located in Brazil. We are trying to find permission to allow the download of all files from my company's employees. Where can we find this option or police? Thanks.
Stream (mobile app) permissions do not match desktop settings
I recently shared a video link via email. When accessed from a desktop, the link directed users to the correct video version with the appropriate permission settings. However, when the same user accessed the link from their mobile devices, it directed them to an unedited, editable, and downloadable version despite the set settings. I have searched a ton into this topic, and so far I can tell is that there is no way to really use a custom video player with Microsoft Stream/ Sharepoint videos unless its for embedding only. The Issue: Trying to listen for video player events via JavaScript in order to track video playing and etc by a user, and hook in executable task when those events are fired. What I've tried so far with no luck: Tried parsing the video url to get the manifest and then show the video via a custom video player using video.js observing and listening on the embedded video iframe's events to capture iframe messages or broadcast channel If anyone has some solid suggestions please advise!
Recording in Microsoft Stream is skipping words on audio
Hey, I have used Microsoft Streams to record video recently. I have an external microphone and the audio quality is fine. Unfortunately about every minute or so the recorded audio on the Microsoft Streams video will skip a word or two. I know it is not the microphone or connections as I can use them for other applications. It only happens with Microsoft Streams. I would really appreciate your guidance as this problem is really limiting my work currently. Many thanks and best wishes, Rakshita
Retrieve deleted videos from Stream(classic)
Hello, Our team had a few meeting recordings which were saved on Microsoft Stream (Classic). Recently when we try to access those videos, it appears not accessible. We realize that the Stream (Classic) has been retired since 15 April. Is there any way to retrieve the videos? Please advise. Regards, Manoj
