To-Do list not syncing to Apple Reminders
I am using a Mac Mini with Ventura 13.1 and the Reminder app. I have added my Office 365 Exchange account to the Mac and toggled the switch for reminders. However, while the name of the Exchange account appears in the left pane of the Reminder app, there are no lists beneath the name of the Exchange account. Curiously, I also have the Exchange account added on my iPhone. On the reminders app on my iPhone, the to-do lists from the Exchange account appear without issue. It is only the Mac desktop Reminders app in which the Exchange account's to-do lists are not present. Have tried removing the account and adding again. Toggling switch for reminders on and off. Would welcome any input.AttyEricFeb 23, 2023Copper Contributor7.8KViews0likes8CommentsShared list not syncing
I share some lists with my wife and when I add something on my iPhone, she does not see the added item on the shared list. However, when she adds something to my shared list, I see it on my list. Here are the particulars: I'm the owner of the list and share with her. Our emails are work/school email accounts and we are both operating on iPhone 10's. Apps are up-to-date. Can anyone tell me what's we might do to alleviate this issue? We used Wunderlist before and never had any issues. I've been using ToDo for a short while. Deciding if I want to switch from Wunderlist. About the time I had decided to make the switch, I suddenly can't add tasks. I go to a list and the "add task" button is shown at the bottom but clicking on it does nothing. If I select "Task" from the menu bar, everything is greyed out. This is just on my MacBook TODO app. I can still add tasks from my iPhone but not on the computer.dknelsonNov 17, 2019Copper Contributor7.6KViews1like5CommentsiOS Notifications Not Working
I am on iPhone 7 with iOS version 15.3.1. I have tried all sorts of suggestions posted anywhere but the notifications for the To-Dos fail to work on my device. I have tried checking the Notification Settings and all notifications for To-Do are turned on. Additionally, I checked the Announce Notifications on my phone and they are also turned on. I also tried uninstalling and re-installing the to-do app but even that didn't help. Someone recommended turning off the notifications and turning them back on after some time but even that didn't help. Could someone please help with this. This is really frustrating.sajal_guptaApr 07, 2022Copper Contributor4.5KViews0likes4CommentsHow to link MS To Do with Reminders
How do I link reminders on Apple devices with Microsoft "To Do"? The reason is that I have a lot of tasks that I recorded on the reminders on the iPhone, and they are synced with the Mac and the iPad, and it is not easy to move them to "To Do" For example, I discovered Goodtask today, which connects reminders with each other and generates reports on the progress of daily and monthly tasks. But I don't know if it's safe or not, and it's expensive Do "To Do" similar features, to backup and create reports and link it with reminders on Apple devices? Just curious if I can finally start using Microsoft To Do again. I had to abandon ship a couple of months ago after repeated sync and login issues on my iPhone. I am using another app (Todoist) until Microsoft fixes the mobile To Do app. I was a longtime Wunderlist user and it's been disappointing to have had to find another to do list app simply because Wunderlist's replacement is full of bugs.beauwitkaJul 27, 2020Copper Contributor1.7KViews0likes3CommentsShared reminder lists not owned by myself are not syncing from To Do into the apple reminder app
My wife and I have shared reminder lists on Microsoft To Do. The lists that I own, I can see on the apple reminders app and on my watch. The list that she owns, I can't see on the apple reminders app. Essentially shared lists that you do NOT own do not sync outside of To Do. Is there a way to fix this?liquidbear99Jul 25, 2021Copper Contributor1.6KViews2likes1Comment
