Manager settings can't be edited yet
Hi Experts, who knows this error message when setting up the manager function and can help? The message appears since 4 days. Manager settings can't be edited yet. Please try again in a few days. I have already set roles, assigned licenses, and uploaded organization profiles. Thanks,

Hello, can you explain what is difference between Manager and Leader minimum group size. As I understand - Manager is a person who can see My Team tab in MS Teams. - Leader is a person who can see My organisation tab in MS Teams. So what is the reason to set minimum group size for Leader as he can see whole organisation insight. Also, what is the reason to set minimum group size for Manager as he can set his own group with less than 10 employees.My Team tab reports
We are testing VIVA Insight on Microsoft CDX demo environment. Regarding the My Team tab and My Team settings, I have noticed one “connection” which I don’t fully understand. I have logged in to demo environment as demo user Megan Bowen Megan is manager only to two users Using My Team tab I have built a new team for Megan 3. In VIVA Insight web personal insight I can see these users and reports related to these users. 4. From MS Teams, after selecting My Teams tab I can see only basic personal insight functionalities but without any reports related to the team. 5. After selecting for Megan option that ‘I don’t lead the team’ From VIVA Insight web personal insight I don’t see any reports about Megan team – which should be correct. From My Team tab in MS Teams I can see reports related to 13 measured employees. 7. I cannot see the details of the report. Details are empty. As a Manager I can see reports related to my team but only part of the reports are available from VIVA Insight WEB Personal Insight, but not the My Team tab. As a non-Manager I can see reports from My Team tab but for which users as I am not a Manager.How is the "Valid Manager List" determined?
Hi all! We are in the process of rolling out "Manager Insights" in our organization, and have enabled all managers for access to the "Group Insights" tile within the Viva Insights app on Teams. Our minimum team size is set at 10, and this is what we see on the settings screen. My questions are: 1. How are the 1,729 determined? Is it through the data uploaded from our HR data file, or from Azure AD? Then, in doing a recon, we discovered that a manager who only has 9 licensed direct and indirect reports is still appearing on the valid list. We did notice that this person had a number of shared mailboxes within her org structure so: 2. Is the "validation" count including herself OR is it including these unlicensed mailboxes?
