Problems logging in to Microsoft non-profit

Hello everyone,

I have signed up our non-profit organization for Microsoft Non-Profit and it was approved. In the approval-mail I was instructed to go to the "non-profit hub" to sign in and select the plans we would like to use.

Unfortunately, when I try to log in at the non-profit hub, I am redirected to a blank page with just a loading circle spinning for all eternity (I've let it spin for 3 hours at one time).
I've tried different browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox) as well as different devices, the result remains the same. The username and password are correct - the former was additionally given in the approval-mail, the latter was checked several times.

Is there another way to select the plans for our non-profit organization?

Thanks in advance.

In the meantime i've found that the account i wa strying to use is disabled due to inactivity (half a year in my case) and there is no way to recover it. Unfortunately, the domain stays in MS database and cant' be used again, so creating another one is the only option.

There were no reminder emails from microsoft before account blocking :(

I can't find official info about account inactivity period...

      Hello KKMBP

I am sorry to hear that you had your account deactivated. Usually, an account will be deactivated after 2 year of inactivity according to this Microsoft Policy called Microsoft Account Activity which is permitted under the Microsoft Services Agreement (MSA). You can learn more about it here: Microsoft account activity policy - Microsoft Support. This adheres to all accounts.

In my case it's exactly the same. Clicking "Sign-in", then redirecting to login page, then loggin in and then blank page with loading circle. Browser: Firefox / Edge.

    Developer options console shows faults:

Thank you for reaching out, and congratulations on your approval into the program! I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble signing into your account, but I’m here to assist you.

Have you created a support ticket? If not, you can do so without signing in by visiting https://nonprofit.microsoft.com/en-us/contactus. Here's how:

    1. Type a brief description of your issue in the "How can we help?" bar.
    2. Click the "Get Help" button to see potential solutions.
    3. If the suggestions don't resolve your issue, scroll down to fill out your information and create a support ticket.

Once submitted, a nonprofit support specialist will be assigned to your case to help resolve the issue.

I hope this guidance is helpful! If you have any more questions or need further assistance, please don’t hesitate to reply.

This is proving impossible to get to the contact  section as it keeps showing a security issue and the https is now red and crossed out - tried different browsers and networks so clearly a Microsoft issue- is their a direct telephone number or email to the Nonprofit team
