IF FUNCTION WITH MANY CONDITIONS RETURNING TO FALSE

I wanted my cell to show blank space but it always shows "false", please help!

This is my formula:  =IF(I5<=K5,IF(O5="NO","REORDER"),IF(O5="YES",""))
