Good Day
I have my director that can't log into his Onedrive. It keeps asking for a passcode but I don't get one smsed or get one on the Microsoft authenticator or on recovery email. I have also tried google authenticator but no help. Any idea?
When I phone Microsoft I just get a BOT and no help

Does he have a work account and personal account with the same email address? Had something similar happen to me and found out you can use your work email to create a personal OneDrive.

Clear Cached Credentials
Sometimes cached login data causes issues.
Force Account Re-Sync in Authenticator App

Test Login on Another Device or Browser

Admin Reset MFA (If You Have Admin Access)
Since it’s a work account, an admin can reset the MFA settings.
