Account Locked (Try another verification method)

My main account is locked. I have access to authenticator and my verification email, where I am getting the codes for verification. When I try to unlock the account it asks for verifiaction code sent to authenticator and then at email. When given both codes it goes to reset password and after reseting password it wants me to login and when I do that it says my account is locked and asks me to verify myself through phone number. After i give it the phone number it displays.

 "Try another verification method

That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method." 
I can't connect to an agent for help cuz it wants me to login from that email which I can't access.

  • If you are using MS Business 365, I'd call Microsoft or your vendor to get help on this. They can verify you other ways and help you get Authenticator setup. there was an issue last weekend with Authenticator very similar to issues you're experiencing. If you have a personal MS account, then you can try asking in the answers forum where Microsoft community moderators might have some ideas. https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook_com
