Teresa_Cyrus, I see the offline feature mentioned in New Outlook help, but I don't see the option in settings. Has it rolled out? See screencap below.

katrielf - the mail>view>general>offline does not feature on my version of 'new' outlook. Is mine old? How do I move my outlook offline?

    Microsoft has not started rolling out this Offline Mode feature yet. I have early access to Outlook features and still don't see this feature. 

     

    Remember, depending on your region, some folks may see it before you.

      The Work Offline function is now no longer working in the old Outlook either! I have it in my toolbar ribbon, and it disappeared (not sure when). I found it today to add back, but when it appears its greyed out and I still can't access it. I assume this has something to do with it being activated in the new Outlook, but hope this doesn't drag on. I use the function to check merged emails from Word before sending, but they've taken away that ability. Wonder if anyone has any updates?

        I will investigate it. I will give an update by the end of next week. It is a holiday weekend in the USA.
