Non-breaking spaces by default
Hi everyone, I got a user who found that her print preview was weirdly formatted and after a bit of research I found that she had non-breaking space characters instead of regular spaces in her mails...
OK I found the source of this issue. The user was using an internal translation tool which used NBSP by default, I simply told her to paste the content using "text only" option.

the Outlоok add-ins are also disabled? if yes, the only way I see is using plain text format instead of HTML.

Yes they are unfortunately... I already tried the plain text thing but it does not convert the NBSP in regular spaces, the issue is also that we can't really set plain text as standard since we need proper mail signatures (with enterprise logo png, custom fonts, ...).
