Duplicate Email Notifications from SharePoint
My organization is receiving multiple email notifications for the same submitted forms in SharePoint. Is anyone else having this issue?
- Can you provide more details about which Form do you have and what settings do you have for the list the form is pointed to?
jcgonzalezmartin It is called the ECR Form. It is associated with a workflow that's sole purpose is to send an email notification to our HelpDesk department when a new form is submitted or an existing form has been updated. In total we're receiving 6 emails for one submitted form.
