Make Task Manager to show individual programs' network usage after connecting to VPN

When connected directly to Internet in general (WIFI in my case), Task Manager shows each program's network usage in the network column, but after connecting to a VPN (PPTP/L2TP/SSTP), Task Manager shows 0% on all programs network usage, the only process that shows network usage is "System". so all of the computer network usage are gathered into one process.

please change this behavior because it's not useful and very counterproductive.
