Video Editor app in Windows Insider

1. a problem:

Can't add 2 texts in one video file at the same time in Video Editor App

Currently when we want to add 2 texts to a video, first we should add one, then save the video (i.e render and save it) and then add the 2nd text to the video. there are so many redundant steps that user needs to take for a simple task like this.

2. a suggestion:

Video Editor app needs a cropping feature for videos

There is no option to crop a video file when editing it in Video editor app (part of the Photos app). please add this important functionality. Thanks
