Show available digital licenses in our Microsoft account in Windows 10 settings, activation
There needs to be a way to view available digital licenses inside our Microsoft account, I think in Windows settings => update and security => Activation would be the most suitable place. it has benefits, the most important one is so user can see their available licenses in their Microsoft account and make a wise decision based on that info. please upvote this feedback in feedback hub: https://aka.ms/AAbdhft
Logitech Brio stop working after windows 11 build 22581 update (Beta channel)
Hello, I've just installed Windows 11 build 22581 from the Windows Insider Beta channel last night. Since then, my Logitech Brio camera stop working. My Logitech Brio was configured on my computer for Windows Hello facial authentication, so I'm sure it was working just fine before the update since I use it each time I'm logging in. I've tested the camera on antoher compter, it works fine. I've updated the camera to the latest firmware on this other computer just in case, but it doesn't help. Back on my main computer, the camera still appears in the Device Manager, but the device is not accessible from apps like the Camera app. I've tried the uninstall the device, then perform a scan to add it back in. The device is added but is not working... When I try the "Restore driver" option, it says that "the driver is not build for this plateform" Finally, I've tried to switch from the Beta to the Dev channel, just in case a fix was already available. There are many times when we need to take a screenshot and show it to someone but it contains other info, sensitive or personal, so we have to draw on them with colors and it makes it look ugly. please add a blur tool so we can be able to blur those details. also be able to change the thickness of blur tool. This is an old post and the issue is no longer relevant. This has been happening since a couple of builds ago as well. I turn on the Memory Integrity in Core isolation section of Windows Defender, then after a restart or two, I go check again and see it's turned off. it usually happens when I uninstall a program that needs to be restarted. but it also happens when I uninstall a software that does Not need Windows restart to finish uninstall process. https://aka.ms/AA6xajfUninstalling games from the Xbox app doesn't remove game shortcut from desktop
Install games from Xbox app, play it, then uninstall it, the shortcut that was made automatically on desktop will still be there, having a white placeholder icon. Shell Infrastructure Host has been having High CPU usage for 10 hours straight and still going on Windows 10 insider fast ring build 19852 I7 7700K CPU and 16GB RAM. I let it be like this for hours and the fan speed is at full, attached a 173MB dump file created from Task Manager I think restarting will fix it but before doing that, I wanted to let it run and see if it gets fixed on its own and send feedback on Feedback hub app: https://aka.ms/AA7rya1improve telemetry feature in windows 10 to be able to detect problems better
Currently the Telemetry, Error reporting and diagnostics services inside Windows 10 (Insider or not) are not good enough to catch the problems and bugs. specially those bugs that don't cause system crashes or bugs that cause some thing in Windows not to work. for these type of bugs and problems, Microsoft relies on people to report them but most of the time either people don't report them or they fail to specify how to produce that problem/bug. Windows 10 needs such a robust Telemetry and diagnostics services that would do its job regardless of people reporting a problem or not. this Telemetry and diagnostics services must be even more thorough in Insider builds, they'd have to be so deep into Insider builds so that they produce very clear and thorough reports for Microsoft to identify the problems and things that don't work.
