I created an agent in M365, including its name, description, instructions, and required actions. The agent is properly tested in Copilot Studio and published, but it is not visible in the M365 Copilot agent list. Interestingly, one agent is visible while the other is not, and I am unable to determine the issue.1.6KViews0likes5Comments"Copilot in Edge at work" isn't available
For the past few days, 'Copilot in Edge at work' has not been available. The user is assigned an M365 E5 license and is signed into Microsoft Edge with their company account. The Copilot button is present but points to the Copilot for personal use. When using it, the message 'Unfortunately, you have reached the limit for messages you can send to Bing within 24 hours. Please check back soon!' appears directly. Access via m365.cloud.microsoft/chat works perfectly. However, it would be great if access was also possible in Edge in the secure corporate environment.396Views1like4CommentsCopilot API
Hi, I have a PDF document that I want to summarize using Microsoft Copilot. However, I couldn't find any specific API for summarizing PDFs. Can anyone guide me on how to achieve this? Are there any alternative APIs or methods within the Microsoft ecosystem I can use for document summarization?66Views1like1CommentLink is broken to create a flow - Copilot in Teams
When I try to create a flow in Copilot Studio for Teams, I get an information "Looks like that link is broken" The error occurs when I access a "Topic", click on "Add an action" and then on "Create a flow" I'm using Microsoft Copilot Studio version 1.2.8 in Microsoft Teams version 24335.208.3315.1951. And this problem is occurring in any chatbot agent created.332Views0likes4CommentsFile Share Connector Indexed Results Not Appearing in Copilot Results.
When attempting to use the file share connector, the results are not appearing in copilot, though they do appear in the search vertical, and I am able to check user access and see that I have access to them. The staged rollout includes myself. I did my best to follow https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftsearch/fileshare-connector in the setup of the connector. Does anyone have a though of why it would not show results in Copilot?84Views0likes1CommentRequest to increase context length
Hello, I think users would greatly appreciate the ability to include more context in prompts. In my experience, results can be dramatically improved if you can include more examples and background information directly in the prompt. While you can attach longer files, this is in my experience not nearly as effective as directly including information in the prompt, as attaching files I assume uses something like RAG to pull snippets of your context instead of the entire thing. This is especially important when including examples as in few-shot prompting. If I want to use Copilot to help me write a longer document, I want to provide multiple already completed examples of this longer document. However, with the context limit of Copilot for M365 I might not even be able to fit one example in the prompt. This is not an issue with ChatGPT which has a much longer context length (128k tokens vs. 16k characters in Copilot). If users are able to write prompts with more context I think they will see much better results and therefore see the value of Copilot for M365 in a much clearer way. Thank you for your consideration.117Views1like0CommentsWriting good descriptions for Microsoft Graph custom connectors
Good morning everyone, I've setup several Microsoft Graph custom connectors as described here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-copilot/extensibility/overview-graph-connector They're able to index and everything. The problem I'm running into is how to write good descriptions of the connector in the search and intelligence center so that copilot knows how to use them. Does anyone have any guidance on writing good descriptions for the connectors to enhance the relevant results users get?29Views0likes0CommentsIdeas on how to connect Copilot to KnowledgeOwl
My company uses KnowledgeOwl as our knowledge base and I am working on connecting Copilot to the knowledge base using Copilot studio. The knowledge base is hosted using their domain and behind our SSO authentication. I am struggling to figure this one out, because it seems like it is limited to only connect to public websites and sharepoint sites. I was wondering if anyone else here would have any ideas on how I can accomplish this, other than migrating to SharePoint. Thank you!15Views0likes0Comments
