Media Keys and Teams notifications
If I use keyboard media keys to pause music when I receive a call in teams, the notification sound doesn't seem to get dismissed when I answer the call. So, when I later press play, it also resumes playing the teams call sound over my music. It does seem to go away on it's own eventually, but it's kind of annoying when I want to listen to music!
Assign Task Reminders to Assigned Individuals
Currently, To-Do allows you to assign a new task to someone in your shared list. It is great! However, I notice that whenever I assign a task to someone I would have to contact them (via email or text, or phone call) to confirm they have completed the task. I think it would be a very nice feature to have the option to assign task reminders for workers or others to complete the task they are assigned instead of just being given the task. I understand that when a task is assigned you can manually input a reminder for yourself once assigned. However, more times than not, you often forget, therefore, when given a reminder from your boss or manager you are able to be reminded by the app. This would eliminate the need to have your boss remind you to complete the task.Notification badges for PWAs pinned to the taskbar
If possible, it would be good to see notification badges on taskbar for the pinned website like Twitter and other social media platforms we already get some sort of hint when there is notification available on Twitter on Edge favorites toolbar, (using Edge canary 83 at the moment) notice the small red dot. it disappears when I go to Twitter and check my notifications or mark them as read. i think this is great and needs to be visible on the Taskbar pinned items too.
Can't stop getting notifications for bookings
We have been testing Bookings at our University institution. I have an admin account and also had an academic setup with an admin account. I helped create a page for her, and then deleted myself from the calendar. However, I am still getting notifications for every booking on that calendar. I have had a look, and my name doesn't appear anywhere on the calendar page. Why am I still getting notifications? How can I stop this? Issue with Teams Mobile Notification
Anyone else facing this issue with Microsoft Teams notification. I'm getting the notification banner on my notification panel.But there's no sound. All the notification options are turned on for both teams and phone settings.Phone is not on silent mode. Tried clearing cache, restarting, uninstalling and reinstalling. I saw on other forums that many others are also facing the issue, but couldn't find any solution. I'm facing the issue on my work profile. I tried contacting the work tech support, they said its an issue with the app. Call notification is working fine, issue is for chat and activities. Any help regarding this would be so helpful. it's important for security and privacy reasons, when the built in VPN connection in Windows 11 suddenly disconnects and its connection drops, we should receive a notification and be warned. right now, nothing happens and VPN silently disconnects without warning user.
