Direct Reports under different manager
As a company, we recently made an acquisition for a headcount of 83 in last month. All the members are tagged to TA manager for time being to get the onboarding and their email domains, system integration etc. So finally, as the Glint Survey is the snapshot of the time on that day they were tagged to the wrong manager and the very next day they were tagged to the right one. I raised a support request today. Can we retroactive update so that they go under rightful managers?.
Additional columns added to Form results in Excel
When viewing responses to a Forms file in Excel, it appears that if a question was edited in the creation process, each edit is it's own column. For example, in the attached screen shot you can see the evolution of the question. The last column (S) is the final question. Is there a way to not have the previous versions of the question (columns Q & R) appear?How to set up a recurring survey with Forms?
We'd like to set up a survey that before each morning meeting checked the mood of everyone in the meeting. Ideally this would be an automated survey that is triggered every morning and the graphical result posted either on the team SharePoint or in the Teams channel. However, after much searching and fiddling with Forms and Flow (and other obscure ideas) I have not succeeded in making a Form reset every morning and to automatically display the result. The "closest" I have managed is to use the Forms bot in the Teams channel to manually create the poll every time. But the downside is that it's manual and it disappears from the view when people chat in the channel. Does anyone have any thoughts on how this could be possible? If possible at all?
MS Forms: multi-select checkbox answers in grid questions
Is there a way in MS Forms to add a multi-select checkbox grid for survey questions? I'm aware of the existing Likert scale grid option but that only allows for selecting one response in each row. I want respondents to able to select more than one option in each row. Google Forms has this feature. If it is not available in MS Forms, how does one go about submitting feedback to have this feature added to Likert scale questions?Import list of answer
Hello, One of my user want to create a form but for one of the question he have a lot possible answers (around 200) that he want to be select using radio button or dropping list. He doesn't want to type all of the 200 answers as he already have them within an Excel file. Is there a way to import the list of answer to a question from Excel ? Is there any PowerShell module to allow it to do programmaticly ? Thanks for help Regards
Import historic excel data into new forms
Hey Community We have previously used smartsurvey to collect responses to questionnaires, we are now using MS Forms. Does anyone know if you can import historic data in an excel into our new Forms so we can have a collective view on all the data? Many thanks
Survey Intake Form
Hi all, I am hoping to create a survey intake form, for which subjects will have to fulfil certain criteria. I would like for a message to pop up if a person was to click a particular option in response to a question. For example: Are you aged 18 or over? Yes/No If no, message pops up with further information and the form is then over for the subject. I do not want to use the "quiz" format as I do not want subjects to receive a "score". Does this require premium? Thanks all.
