Teams Calling
Danke vorab für die Antworten.73KViews0likes13CommentsUnable to assign Phone Number to Resource Account - Unable to find phone numbers
I have been tasked with setting up Teams Calling throughout my organization. At the moment I am trying to set up an Auto Attendant, and attach a Phone Number to a Resource Account. I have been seeing this error (See Image) for the last three days when attempting to add a number to the Resource Account. Is this due to a permissions issue ? Or is MS currently experiencing actual problems with this feature?24KViews0likes4CommentsUser Cannot Recieve Calls Teams
Hello all, Just wanted to share an issue one of my users is having to hopefully find a solution. Every time someone tries to call her via Teams we get a "The person you're trying to reach isn't available. Try again later" and call drops. She is able make calls without issues. We have reinstalled Teams app on her machine, made sure her status is set as "Available" and tested on web app with same issue on her end. We have previously tested on another machine in a different office and it seems to work but she still gets this. Anyone else had this kind of issue that can share what can be causing this? Thanks, Mike22KViews0likes3CommentsTeams Mobile App only showing Calls
Hi everyone, I thought I'd start this discussion by mentioning we've encountered a bug within the Teams Mobile App whereby Android devices, don't allow you to access anything in the Teams Mobile App other than 'Calls'. You will receive notifications for Teams and Messages, and when selecting them will take you to the correct content. However, if you were to open the Teams Mobile App to send a message, you will see no such option other than the below. Appears to be effecting the following release, others may be affected too. I wanted to post this as I couldn't find anything similar on the community. Additionally, we have logged a case with Microsoft, of which the agent confirmed; "I have received multiple cases regarding the same issue. I have informed it to our backend team." Will keep you posted.14KViews5likes33CommentsTeams - Group Group Pick up/Delegates
Hello I need some help to understand these features as I am not sure that I understand them correctly. Currently, if I set the group group pickup feature (either through the Teams admin or user driven), then the phones ring the main number and the other users, or one after the other, very similar to a call queue. I have users that want to be able to pick up a call from the colleague. When their colleagues phone rings, they want to be able to pick that call up, not have their phone ring after 20 seconds or so of the opther phone ringing. Am I missing something or is that not available? Also, I have the same question in regard to a call queue. I can get the queueing working fine, but can a member of the call queue pick then call up when thewir phone it not ringing? same as above really? So for the first time since we switched to Teams phone system we've had a user leave the company. When we blocked the user from signing in, this removed them from the voice section of teams and now their calls just seem to dump after a few quick rings. As a temporary measure I've reenabled the account, reset the password and set up call delegates, but this is not the long term answer. So what is the procedure for this situation? How do I take their number and forward it to another user without having it assigned to a person or licensing? We don't want to lose these calls6.6KViews0likes4CommentsSet CallAnsweringRules via powershell
We'd like to have the same settings for call answering rules in teams for all our users in teams. In the administration i did not find any option to fix this settings for all our users or am i missing something? Another way would be to have run a powershell script on a nightly basis and set this setting for every user. but i can not find any powershell script where i can set this settings?Solved6.2KViews0likes3CommentsHow to Assign a "Caller ID Policy" via "group policy assignment" to a security Group
Hi everyone, I have been trying to figure out how to assign a "Caller ID policy" to a security group via group assignment. During the Group Policy assignment it only gives me the option of allow or block calling. (See Screenshot below) I have been seeing some screenshots that custom caller ID policies are also possible to be assigned... Any ideas? The Security group (Teams-SG-CallerID-Policies) should not be an issue since it can be selected as in the picture. Any way that I can kinda allow custom policies to be selected? I have also tried using the following cmd: New-CsGroupPolicyAssignment but it doesnt contain the Type: "Caller ID Policy":4.4KViews0likes2CommentsTeams Calls - Limit Number of Voicemails
Hi there, I'm wondering if there is a way on Teams to limit the number of voicemails that can be in a voicemail box at a time. For example, the voicemail box would only be able to have 30 voicemails at a time and then after that, if someone attempts to leave a voicemail, it tells them that the voicemail box is full. This line is for a housing assistance program and the way it works is that interested program participants can call, leave a voicemail, and then every week, a case manager gets back to each individual who has left a voicemail. However, with the unlimited number of voicemails at the moment, the case worker will oftentimes get inundated with messages and can't reach them all (they're still getting back to people from April) so they want it to be limited so that if a participant calls and the voicemail box has reached its limit, they'll receive the message that the box is full and try calling again the following week. Alternative ideas for how to handle this situation will also be appreciated 🙂 Thank you!Solved4.4KViews1like1CommentDetailed PSTN user reporting
