I apologize if this is not the correct forum. We have been using the Set-MailboxMessageConfiguration cmdlet to update our users' email signatures in Outlook on the web. Suddenly, and with no change on our part, the cmdlet has started to have no effect. Any guidance on the matter would be greatly appreciated. This bug has been reported here and here and unfortunately there has been no guidance whatsoever despite this affecting our Production users. Thank you in advance!3.1KViews5likes1CommentGuide to inbox management

Is there a best practice to publish a company holiday calendar that can easily (or automatically) be added as an additional calendar for all users? It's somewhat surprising that there's not a built-in method for an organization to publish an "official" calendar that's made available to everyone. Is the best method for a user, say in HR, to create a personal calendar that's shared or published? I think this PowerShell script (item #3) could then be used by an Exchange admin to automatically add that calendar to each user, individually. Is that correct? We have many users on the New Outlook but a fair amount who have not switched over yet. I've searched for solutions, but many are for older versions on Outlook and I need to be sure they will work with the New Outlook.912Views2likes0Comments451 4.3.111 Temporary server error. Please try again later MRH1
Hello everybody, we have been using Switf Mailer for a while conected to a mailbox on O365 but since yesterday we are receiving the following error. Expected response code 250 but got code "451", with message "451 4.3.111 Temporary server error. Please try again later MRH1." I don´t know what 4.3.111 means... I looked on internet but no results. We thought at first that our mailbox was with some errors but all appears to be OK ... so we don't know where start... Has anyone had this error, and how to solve it? Cheers!16KViews2likes2CommentsAccount Locked (Try another verification method)
My main account is locked. I have access to authenticator and my verification email, where I am getting the codes for verification. When I try to unlock the account it asks for verifiaction code sent to authenticator and then at email. When given both codes it goes to reset password and after reseting password it wants me to login and when I do that it says my account is locked and asks me to verify myself through phone number. After i give it the phone number it displays. "Try another verification method That verification method isn't working right now. Please try another method." I can't connect to an agent for help cuz it wants me to login from that email which I can't access.187Views1like3CommentsSend copies of team emails and events to team members inboxes doesn't work
Send copies of team emails and events to team members inboxes will not stay checked. Admin - Exchange - Groups - Select Group - Settings: Send copies of team emails and events to team members inboxes is blank, I check it and save. It shows saved. I go back into it, it is unchecked. I'm sure there is a Powershell solution but I need this working for basic techs who don't have PS access. Thanks720Views1like2CommentsThe New Outlook Notifications for email with rules not working. Missing features
I have to use the New Outlook to be prepared for the eventuality when Microsoft forces the change. I'm missing notifications for emails coming in when it has mailbox rules to organize it. The Notification Center in Windows is ok, but there should be a way in the rules to set a notification in a window like the Reminders window. being able to set a specific sound would be beneficial as well. I've had to resort to using Categories and constantly checking Outlook to see if I missed anything. This has resulted in missing many time-sensitive alerts and emails. Such as a Midnight internet outage at a business-critical building on my day off. Resulting in 6 hours of downtime during business rather than a resolution before business opening.2.5KViews1like2CommentsCannot create a new subfolder in Shared email?
When I right-click on a folder to create a new subfolder in a Shared email account, it only displays the drop-down menu for a split second. When I do the same in a primary email account, it does display a functional drop-down menu (see attached). Outlook appears to have a bug that prevents one from creating new folders in a shared email folder. WTx? In the classic desktop version of Outlook for Windows (version 2302) or Outlook web access, if someone has been granted access by a colleague to a particular folder on a shared or user mailbox, e.g. inbox or inbox\subfolder ONLY, but has not been granted full mailbox access or access to the 'top of the information store' folder, is there anyway to still access/map to the inbox folder directly (or whichever folder their colleague has granted them access too)? And if so how do you add the specific folder manually so you can make use of the permissions granted? I know there are many scenarios whereby someone may only wish to grant a colleague access to a specific folder of their mailbox, and not the full mailbox, but I'm not sure how they map directly if they havent been granted full mailbox access.Solved7.6KViews1like3Comments
