OneDrive
Good Day I have my director that can't log into his Onedrive. It keeps asking for a passcode but I don't get one smsed or get one on the Microsoft authenticator or on recovery email. I have also tried google authenticator but no help. Any idea? When I phone Microsoft I just get a BOT and no help
SOS --HELP ON RECOVERING DESKTOP FILES WHICH VANISHED
Hi, I was facing sync issues of some files on my desktop to One Drive...To address this I unlinked my One drive but to my horror saw that all files in various sub folders on desktop vanished disappeared. 😞 can anybody help me in recovering them please ..huge repository of files and data I have lost which will be disastrous for me ...PLEASE HELP URGENT
OneDrive keeps reverting back to old account
I am unsuccessfully trying to remove an old OneDrive account and keep my Samsung S22 logged into the new OneDrive account. I go into settings and remove the old OneDrive account, then go to OneDrive and login to the new one. Then the next time I open OneDrive, it has reverted back to the old account - any idea how to resolve this annoying issue?
One Drive sync error has wiped my documents on desktop
Help. I have logged into someone else computer at work so we could look at a file on my One Drive. I then 'unlinked' and went home. In the meantime by One Drive had obviously decided to sync with her computer, so when I got home she called me and told me that her documents on 'my documents' are now empty folders and the work has disappeared. I have looked on my One Drive and I have those folders too, also with nothing in them. Please, please can you help me? I'm really devastated and she's trying really hard to be nice when she should be really angry...Document Sharing Limitations with OneDrive
I wonder if there is a limitation to the number of recipients that a OneDrive document can be shared with, as I experienced the attached error warning when trying to send an email to 28 recipients. The message disappears if I change the permissions to 'anyone in the organisation.....'. Thanks in advance.
