I have a requirement to use LUIS and Speech API in a chatbot for Indian users. Also need to ensure that user utterance doesn't go outside of India for data compliance. I was able to see that both API support Central India region on this link : https://azure.microsoft.com/en-in/global-infrastructure/services/?products=cognitive-services®ions=non-regional,central-india,south-india,west-india Query: Does hitting a Indian region ensure that data doesn't travel outside of India?1.2KViews0likes0CommentsTurn off 'guest contributor viewed x file' notifications
Hi everyone, I have had a strange but pretty insistent support request from a User. They are sharing links to files to external users via anonymous links. Their auditors have told them that even though SharePoint displays 'guest contributor viewed x file' and the time they viewed the file, this is not anonymous...and that google drive doesn't do this. The auditors are not happy with the privacy and went them to send files individually on USB sticks! I am correct in thinking that there is now way of finding out who guest contributors are and that they remain anonymous? and also that there are no ways of turning off notifications that guest contributors have viewed or edited files?1.1KViews0likes0CommentsViva Insights Privacy Policies
How does Viva Insights anonymize data and ensure companies' data remains private? Supporting Documentation: Advanced insights privacy | Microsoft Learn Personal data (highest risk) - By default, Viva Insights does not include personal data. When it processes data, it obscures the email addresses from Microsoft 365 that would identify an individual. However, your organization can choose to also provide descriptive employee information for analysis. If that includes personal data (for example, employee names and identification numbers), that personal data can appear to analysts in advanced insights. De-identified data (higher risk) - Viva Insights automatically replaces email addresses with cryptographically obscured strings of numbers and letters when it processes Microsoft 365 data. These de-identified rows reduce the likelihood that an analyst can identify a specific person. However, the Insights Administrator can upload custom organizational data fields. These custom fields may contain new identifying information or provide enough descriptive context that an analyst may be able to infer identity. The Insights Administrator should weigh the risk and benefit of custom organizational data fields. Aggregated data (lower risk) - Viva Insights often provides averages for groups within your organization. When these groups include many people, it's difficult to derive information about any specific person’s activity from these averages. However, if a user can see results for very small groups or compare averages for overlapping groups, they may still be able to identify a specific person from aggregated data. Aggregated data can be further protected to reduce the possibility of an individual being identified. Organization insights provide leaders and managers with protected results by enforcing three strategies: minimum group sizes, differential privacy, and masked distributions. You can learn more about these techniques in Protecting sensitive data. How not to show Names in Calendar View

Hi All, I have a somewhat unusual requirement and would appreciate any help. I need to find emails with attachments that are over 1 year old and automatically remove the attachments from those emails. I was wondering if there is a way to achieve this using Microsoft Purview or any other Microsoft feature. At the very least, if there is a way to identify emails with attachments that are over 1 year old, that would be helpful. Thanks in advance, Dilan154Views0likes0Comments
