Hello, Just about a hour ago I rebooted my laptop. Internet wasn't great somehow. Had a small windows update executed as well. Now is my entire chat history missing, excluding ONE chat (random?). When I type for a person to start a chat with, it's not showing the history. There are also no Teams groups visible for me anymore, excluding ONE chat (random?). The teams app on my phone is still showing all chats and teams. I am also able to send messages in the chats and teams from my phone that are missing on the laptop. I checked FAQ's and recent posts for anything similar, but haven't found anything yet. Is anyone familiar with this issue and a possible fix?Solved237KViews2likes8Comments[FIXED] Anyone else having OneDrive high CPU usage problem after upgrading to build 19564?

Hi, I signed up for Microsoft teams. I was able to set up a team on my first login. But when I tried logging in again, it tells me that "You're not on Teams yet, but you can set it up for your organization." message even though I already signed up.0Solved88KViews2likes30CommentsNotifications not working
No one in our office receives notifications for messages in our team channel even when mentioned. No banner, sound or anything. I've checked multiple times that all notifications are set properly I'm at a loss. The one thing that does happen is the task bar icon in the bottom right hand corner goes from green to red.37KViews4likes11CommentsChanging display name in the Admin Panel does not reflect in the Teams Windows Desktop Client
Hello Teams Community, I recently stumbled upon this issue when changing an user last name, the Microsoft Teams Client doesn't get updated accordingly. When opening the Teams Web Application and Teams Android Mobile App, the name is shown correctly. The issue only occurs in the Microsoft Teams Client for Windows. When deleting the Cache and Databases from the Application Data folder the information gets "Refreshed" and the Display Name gets updated accordingly. Here is the Script I used to delete the folders: $VerbosePreference = "Continue" # Force Close any Teams Process Get-Process -Name "Teams" | Stop-Process -Force # Get Microsoft Teams Paths $TeamsRemovePath = @() $TeamsRemovePath += Join-Path -Path ([Environment]::GetFolderPath('ApplicationData')) -ChildPath ("Microsoft\Teams\Cache") $TeamsRemovePath += Join-Path -Path ([Environment]::GetFolderPath('ApplicationData')) -ChildPath ("Microsoft\Teams\databases") $TeamsRemovePath += Join-Path -Path ([Environment]::GetFolderPath('ApplicationData')) -ChildPath ("Microsoft\Teams\IndexedDB") $TeamsRemovePath += Join-Path -Path ([Environment]::GetFolderPath('ApplicationData')) -ChildPath ("Microsoft\Teams\Local Storage") # Remove items Remove-Item -Path $TeamsRemovePath -Recurse -Force -Verbose32KViews1like9CommentsTeams no calendar and cannot see scheduled meetings...
Hi. I've been bounced around a bit and i'm still none the wiser as to how to solve this. I have 365 personal and use the free teams account. There are two issues. 1. There appears to be no interface between Teams and Outlook (cannot schedule meetings in Outlook) even though I have a microsoft exchange email. 2. When I have scheduled meetings, they are not displaying in the 'Meetings' tab. If i load this on my Android device, all of the meetings can be seen. If I access via desktop or web, I cannot see meetings and cannot therefore get into tSolved32KViews0likes2CommentsCustom Teams app works in browser app but not in desktop app
I've created a simple app using App Studio. It's basically 2 tabs that display 2 different SharePoint sites. I installed the app successfully, but when I access the app in Teams desktop, both tabs are blank. When I access the same app thru Teams in the browser, it displays both tabs/sites correctly. Has anyone seen this or know of a way to fix the issue? Most of our users use the desktop Teams app to access Teams. Hello, Since few days we are experiencing issues in admitting external users from the lobby. Even when clicking admit nothing happens. External people are going to lobby even if the meeting has been set without any lobby even for people outside our organization. This issue was not happening few weeks ago dealing with the same external users. Are you aware of any recent issue generating this kind of problem? Thanks BR Mauro25KViews1like7CommentsError code: FACILITY_VISUALCPP/ERROR_PROC_NOT_FOUND
Since today I am getting this error in Edge Dev (version 102.0.1220.1). The entire browser has become unusable as nothing seems to work at all. All pages return the previously mentioned error, add-ons are crashing, bookmark menu is blank, opening the settings doesnt work, etc. I have tried rebooting my system and uninstalled and reinstalled it, which all didnt help. The normal Edge (version 100.0.1185.36) works normally. Is there a log somewhere that can shed light on the underlying issue?Solved14KViews3likes16Comments
