There seems to be a change to the MS Forms webpart this morning and it's not clear where the theme is being adopted from. It doesn't appear to be from MS Forms or from the SharePoint site it's displayed on. Is it just a new setting that can't be changed or is it reading from the tenant theme?874Views0likes1CommentEdit what items users can see from the SharePoint list I've created with Power Automate
I have create an automated forms that creates a new item in SharePoint list with the information that is provided in the forms. But the problem is that when people access the SharePoint list they should see only their records with the information that they provided in the forms and not all the other people informations. As I'm the owner of the Power Automate process, the item in the list is created by "me". How can I edit the view for the person who access the list to see only the records that contains their e-mail and not all the records? I've tried to edit in the read section in advanced mode on "list settings" but obviously it's not working since the option "SEE MY OWN ITEMS" is related to the item that the person created and that is not the case, as the item was created by my automated process extracting the information from the Microsoft Forms.Solved2.3KViews0likes2CommentsForms not loading in Sharepoint
Hi, I'm having issues with forms loading in my SharePoint site using Edge. Create the form, copy link and insert a new webpart and all I see is a loading message; I've tried refreshing the page and restarting. It works fine in Chrome with no issues. If I complete the form in Chrome, then open my Edge browser and refresh the page, i will see the "thank you for submitting your response" message. But will not load the actual form for completion Is there a known issue with this on the Edge browser?3KViews0likes0CommentsMicrosoft Form Customize Calendar
I am creating a form in Microsoft form that feeds into a SharePoint list that users can submit questions/queries. One of the questions is What is your deadline for this question? They will select a date from a calendar. I want to blackout the next three dates after the form creation date. For example, if a user creates a form on 15 Nov 2020, the next available date they can select for a deadline is 19 Nov 2020. How do I accomplish this?1.1KViews0likes0CommentsForms Web Part Begins with Wrong Question
Dear All, I do have a very odd situation that I couldn't find any explanation. I do have a Forms and using Forms Web part to mirror it on my SharePoint site. But since Thursday, Web Part shows the wrong question as starting question for some users. If I check it, I sometimes have it correctly but sometimes with the wrong question. My colleague, Julia, has only the wrong question. You may see them attached. Whenever we use the Forms link, to land on the mentioned Forms page, all works perfectly. Somehow, Web Part "confuses" which question to start with. We deleted cookies, browser history. We tried different browsers. Also we have asked another colleague to check, he has the same problem, he sees the wrong question as first question. I have posted this problem to Microsoft Forms Community, but couldn't get anything. But from my understanding, it is more of a SharePoint topic than a Forms topic. Therefore, I am looking forward and also hoping to find some answers here. Any kind of help, idea, recommendation, trick, hint, guidance would be appreciated. We have promoted our solution as "SharePoint" based solution, so I can't go back and put a Forms link there, I need to find a way to make this Web Part work. Thank you in advance for your time and attention. Have a good start to the week! Best Regards, Yigit Yürüker1.4KViews0likes1CommentSharepoint Excel doc not receiving data from Form
I created a Sharepoint page that has an Excel doc with a Form in the document which looks like a survey for over 50 people in our company to fill out requests. The Form is embedded in the Sharepoint home page. Using a modified "Notify the Team" Flow, once the request is submitted through the survey that triggers an email to the person who submitted so that they have a record, and that data then populates the Excel doc within the Sharepoint page. Everything has been going smoothly for the past 2 months, until last week when data that is submitted no longer populates the Excel doc. However, the flow history shows that the flow successfully ran. It's as if the data is getting "stuck" in limbo. When I submit a dummy request afterwards, that "pushes" the stuck data into populating the Sharepoint doc. Is there a way to fix this? Is a connection broken? Is this the appropriate place to ask? I appreciate any help. Thanks!1.2KViews0likes2CommentsMicrosoft Forms responses in Forms Web Part
Currently I can't see a way of showing Microsoft Forms responses in the Forms web part. Even a workaround such as embedding the Form will show the form only. I'm unaware if this is on the roadmap but by security trimming respondents it would be a useful additional output.Solved5.8KViews0likes6Comments
