I am trying to validate an access token from ms teams in my backend application. The validation fails because the siganture of the token is invalid. This is how I obtain the token: export class MyWebPart extends BaseClientSideWebPart { protected async onInit(): Promise<void> { await super.onInit(); this.context.sdks.microsoftTeams?.teamsJs.authentication.getAuthToken() .then(token => sendToBackend(token)); } } When I copy the token into JWT.io it says that the signature of the token is invalid. I notice that in the token the issuer is: https://sts.windows.net/{{INSERT TENANT ID}}/ and in the openid-configuration: https://login.microsoftonline.com/{{INSERT TENANT ID}}/v2.0 How do I get a proper token?18Views0likes1CommentCreateChannel in GraphAPI sometimes results in not creating the corresponding Sharepoint/OneDrive
Currently the creation of a channel through the Graph API frequently results in the relative, corresponding Sharepoint folder not being created. When using the Graph API to create a channel the response indicates creating the channel was a success, but when going to the files tab it shows: "Your files can’t be found, working on it to restore them." After having clicked on the files tab in the Teams UI, the folder is created eventually (after a couple of minutes). But because automated processes depend on the channel folder, we don’t want to ask the user to manually open the team before the other processes can continue. So: Team created: Ok -> Channel created: Ok-ish (But missing the linked folder) -> One-drive/share point folder, with the name of the channel: Not created Sometimes the folder is created properly, but lately more often it is not created (Not even after 3-4 days of waiting) until the user opens the files tab in the Teams client. This behaviour is new since it worked flawlessly until a week ago. Is there a known workaround for this?9.8KViews1like28CommentsMeeting Options are limited
Hello, I have run into a problem of not having a full access to meeting options. I would like to schedule meetings for other people in the office where I do not necessarily have to attend. I would also like to assign other people as co-hosts so that they are able to admit people and have more control of the meeting. There should be settings of being able to let people come in without waiting in the waiting room as well, but I cannot seem to find it anywhere. Here is the attached screenshot: These are the only two options I get when clicking "Meeting Options". Additionally, whenever I set up a meeting, some people are not able to respond to it because they get an error of undeliverable response: "delivery has failed to these recipients or groups". What is the issue here? Does it have to do with how Outlook is set up? How can I change these limitations and errors? Thank you so much!13Views0likes0CommentsUpgrade from Free to Teams
Hello I have an email email address removed for privacy reasons that was part of a family Office 365 subscription with free teams. I then create a number of appointments for people I also have a business basic plan for email address removed for privacy reasons with a standard Teams license which I want to use, so I can have a phone plan. I now have two teams account for email address removed for privacy reasons one that is personal and the other which is the business account. I remove email address removed for privacy reasons from the Office 365 subscription So with teams, now I get two accounts for email address removed for privacy reasons, one that is personal , one that is business If I log onto teams with the business, I can see my calendar appointments created with the free edition, but I cant join them. Is there a way, to be able to transfer the organiser to my business account (although its the same email address) or a way to use the same links from the free edition in the business edition. Any help gratefully received Best Wishes Rob4Views0likes0CommentsMoving from skype to teams does not migrate my chat history

Using the Teams Calendar function: Before a meeting is started, there is a need to add invitees to an existing meeting. Is there way to add the invitee so only the new invitee receives the invitation. Currently, when this function is attempted, all of the invites receive the meeting invitation. If you use Outlook Calendar, it gives you the option to update only the new invitees or all invitees. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thanks.Solved1.2MViews1like32CommentsIntelligent meeting recap in Teams Premium, now available

Intelligent recap is currently available in English, with additional languages coming in fall 2023.332KViews5likes72CommentsQueue App - historical agent information
We have recently introduced Teams Queue application , it works well but doesn't seem to provide the same information for historical reporting than real time. As an example: We are able to see the number of calls presented to each agent within the group as it happens (today), It shows us all the presented, the number answered, abandoned or timed out in real time, to ensure the correct number of resource is aligned this is essential. It doesn't however, show this data historically, to see an overall number of calls answered, abandoned or timed out per agent for a specific date period. The historical data only seems to provides generic information for the call queue as a whole, not the agents opted in, even when extracted into an excel report. Is there a way to get this data historically ? or is it just not yet available. Without, we are reliant on daily Screen pics of agent impact, which is not very good! (It is also not available within the PowerBI reporting, only calls answered are documented here)160Views0likes6CommentsChanging Notification Settings for all users on a Team
Is there a way to change the notification settings for everyone that is part of a Team Channel? In other words... we have a channel in our Teams chat that we want everyone to receive notifications for whenever there is a reply in that channel. I don't mind using PowerShell or whatever I need to use in order to achieve this. We just want everyone on the team to receive notifications for all replies in a channel. Background: We attempted to migrate a client group to Teams in order to enable functionality with our Office 365 setup. We have an app for them to use, and we have a Site that we share files on, etc. This group of people are newer to technology, so having everything be user-friendly is a must. The problem came up that nobody was receiving notifications for replies in the Team channels. They are only used to SMS text messaging and group texting, so they want to use the channels similarly to group texts. The group ended up switching back to texting because its easier for them to use. We need them to switch to Teams, so we want to fix this issue for them and make things as easy as possible.Solved200KViews7likes35CommentsMS Teams Video quality is terrible
I am a MS fan for the most part, but you guys need to fix this Teams video quality issue. Our teams have been using it for weeks now and people are regularly getting blurry and poor audio / video quality. We have been pushing people to Teams for the collaboration, etc, but they are pushing back to use Zoom. Here is a video I put together showing this issue. Please MS fix this asap. https://youtu.be/aW3U16OKTiASolved289KViews6likes39Comments
