New Outlook not playing new email sound or sending notifications.
I'm using the New Outlook and it's not playing the new email sound and not displaying notifications for new emails. If I switch to the Classic Outlook it plays the sound and sends a notification. I have checked all the sound and notification settings, all updates are installed and I'm running the latest version. How do I fix the issue of the New Outlook not playing the new email sound and not displaying a notification?
New Outlook Saving all Attachments
Some of our users have switched to New Outlook and when saving "All Attachments" of 2 or more files they are saved in a zip file and causing issues for users having to unzip before they can interact with the files. On reading around I can see that this cannot be switched off at the moment. The only work around would be to save files 1 at a time or switch back to classic outlook. Switching back to classic outlook is not really an option because the user went to new outlook because of performance issues. Is there a suggestions area I can submit a request to have the save all attachments to work like it did in classic outlook.
