Hello fellow members, I am currently facing an issue with the Microsoft Partner Center's account verification process, and I'm reaching out to see if anyone else has encountered a similar problem or if there's a workaround that I might have missed. I have been trying to verify my account as guided by their official documentation (Verification Responses Guide). Here are the steps I followed: I went to Account Settings and clicked on the Legal Info, then clicked on the "Fix now" button as instructed. The next step mentions "In Account Verification, from Select document type to upload, select the type of document you want to upload for verification". This is where the problem lies. After Step 1, the "Account Verification" tab or option simply doesn't appear for me. It feels as though the process just halts there. I tried to find a way around it, assuming maybe it's a browser issue or some temporary glitch, but multiple attempts yielded the same result. Through different browsers, different computers at different times. I also raised support tickets regarding this matter, but unfortunately, I haven't received any concrete responses yet. They only keep directing me back to the same steps that are unresponsive. And this has been over a month now and I kinda get stuck. Has anyone here faced a similar challenge or has any insights on how I can proceed with this? I appreciate all the help and suggestions I can get. Hello, having an issue accepting the cloud partner agreement while enrolling in Partner Center. I am trying to accept the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Agreement, I have found my organization through DUNS and select continue. The Company Information section of the form comes up, with this error: " The company name isn’t valid. Enter a valid legal company name." Our company via DUNS is "Formstack, LLC" When I click on "Accept and Continue" from the Company Information section of the form, it loads for a moment but nothing happens. I am unable to submit a ticket to support as I am not yet in a Workspace. Our company's Partner Center account had the EEAP( The Ecosystem Engineering Access Program (EEAP) enables partners and customers (in depth engagement programs) to receive Windows, Windows Server and Azure Stack pre-release builds, materials, and communications and manage feedback (bugs) with Microsoft. EEAP participation is a co-engineering partnership that empowers partners and customers to innovate and deliver amazing solutions with Microsoft Windows, Windows Server, Azure Stack HCI and Azure Stack. All the content is shared under NDA. ) agreement added before I took over, which currently has no feedback access. Hello everyone, Since July 30th, I have been struggling to resolve an issue with account verification in Microsoft Partner Center and to restore my partner status. Here's a summary of the problem: In April, I successfully completed the verification process by submitting all the required documents to confirm my domain ownership. The documents met all the criteria, including the 12-month validity requirement. On July 30th, my developer status was revoked without any explanation. I have requested clarification several times, but each time I only received requests to resubmit the same documents I had already provided. I resubmitted the documents on August 8th, but I still haven't received any constructive response, just automated messages. Recently, I received a message saying that several attempts to verify my information were unsuccessful, and the process was closed. This could result in my relationship with Microsoft being terminated within 30 days. My team has spent a year learning the Graph API and developing our Outlook application, and now it seems we won’t be able to publish it due to unclear verification issues. Could someone please advise if there is a way to expedite the resolution of this problem? I have submitted all the required documents and met the necessary criteria, yet I continue to face rejections. Hello, We have an issue we with the Microsoft Partnership program. This has quite literally been crippling us for the whole of 2023, and we can't seem to get any solutions from Microsoft's customer support team we are working with. On our Partner Portal, we have multiple clients added, each with defined seats and several solutions implemented, but we do not get any credit for usage or revenue with these clients. Those clients have many deployments in Power Automate (and in other Power Platform), some with 6-7 figure contracts. Under our business applications solutions partner status, it shows our deployments and usage growth at 0 on both, for some reason. Microsoft has previously confirmed that the clients were added correctly. Usage has been recorded on the system (and easily met the minimum MCV in the trailing 12 months), but never reflected on our Partner profile for some reason. We have multiple pre-sale engagements with Microsoft sellers every month we do not get credit for. Even worse, because the credit doesn't show up on our profile, we are not yet considered a 'solution partner', and we've had many sellers that wanted to work with us but simply could not find us in the partner directory, even when searching for us specifically by name. If there's any way at all you can help us figure this out, please reply here or contact me directly. We are losing business and missing out on so many opportunities, daily.
