MS Edge - Sidebar and copilot not working on Linux Ubuntu v24 LTS
Sidebar not syncing or accepting new app additions (+). Copilot button is dead/inactive. Sidebar settings are well configured. Using the latest version of the Ubuntu OS and MS Edge. Functionality appears to be absent as product was released without full functionality....Lame!Edge should have the ability to Resume Downloads after restarting the Edge browser or device
when I was using chrome few years ago, it also had this annoying limitation, now Edge (using latest available Edge canary) still has this problem. when you are downloading and pause your downloads, you can't restart the browser or device without losing your download progress, it will reset. this is really a fundamental problem, I've done my part which was sending feedback through Edge, if you are reading this and want the same thing, please send feedback from your browser and request this to be fixed. thank you[solved] Why can't we use Edge://Flags on Edge Android?
Update: we can access Edge://flags on Edge Android now Edge for Android is based on Chromium, so why can't we access the Chromium flags? I tried Edge://flags , Chrome://flags , about://flags . none of them worked why Edge on Android doesn't let user access the flags to modify the settings?Add the option to open favorite items in installed Edge apps
to clarify what I'm referring to: I have YouTube website installed as an app in Edge browser when I go to YouTube.com from main Edge window (Not the pinned website or PWA), and right-click on a link, I get this option which lets me open the link (in this case it's a video), in the pinned YouTube app. but when I right-click on the YouTube favorite item in the favorite bar, I don't see this option. it's missing from there. it makes sense to add the same option in favorite items right-click menu too. This is Version 82.0.449.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) the nature of this bug prevents me to properly send it using feedback button on Edge browser, so I really hope someone from Microsoft will take this manually and let the team know about it. thank you[FIXED] Win10 Build 19008 - Always and Constant High CPU usage: Speech Runtime Executable

UPDATE: Fixed in Edge insider Version 79.0.294.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) I just updated my Edge insider Canary to Version 79.0.292.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) and After that, when I type in something in the omnibox or click on any bookmark, the browser launches the Windows Defender Application Guard window and attempts to open that websites in there. I said attempt because It tries and fails with this error: I'm on Windows 10 fast ring build 18990. tried restarting computer and disabling all extensions but still no luck. whatever this last update had triggered this problem. so right now Edge insider canary is literally dead and I'm posting this with Edge classic. Elliot Kirk anyone else experiencing this?
