This is a desperate request for help message
My Xbox Live account has been unreasonably banned for over a year now. I have tried to provide feedback, but there is no channel to complain about this unfair behavior after the account was banned. I once joined the Xbox ambassador to promote Xbox, causing multiple friends around me to switch from Sony PS to Xbox, and achieving 180000 game achievements. However, in the end, I was unfairly treated, and my account was banned without even giving me a reasonable reason I hope to find out the truth. I want to know what my account has violated and why it has been permanently banned After the account was banned, I was unable to contact Xbox customer service. Xbox console companion app which is being depreciated and retired, has still a lot of useful features such as clubs, screenshot uploads, friends activity, uploading your own custom photo as avatar, viewing captures etc etc Xbox app has none of these, yet every time I open Xbox console companion app it says use Xbox app instead, I'm worried that none of these features are going to be added to the new Xbox app. I highly depend on these features and they are important ones. I cannot seem to be able to remove Xbox app from my device. It cannot be uninstalled because the uninstall button is disabled from settings. I do not need it. I once pressed Win+Alt+R by mistake in a confidential meeting and it started recording so I got into a predicament. I decided to completely delete it from my PC. Install games from Xbox app, play it, then uninstall it, the shortcut that was made automatically on desktop will still be there, having a white placeholder icon. I want to tell Cortana "Install Sea of Thieves from Windows store" and then she does it. it'd be very helpful and convenient to do this, instead of searching for the name of the app/game, clicking on install. for games, Cortana can ask the same question Windows store or Xbox app asks from user upon installation, which drive to install the game to, and user can talk back and say drive C, drive D etc. if like the idea, upvote this feedback in feedback hub: https://aka.ms/AAavmqdDisabling mod installation for a game shouldn't require us to download the whole game again
After enabling mods for games, e.g. Halo MCC, and then when we want to disable it, we need to download the whole game again (120GB). this is a crazy requirement, and shouldn't happen. we should be able to enable mod installation for a game, use our mods, then when we are done with it, go back to the original state without having to reinstall the whole game again. Xbox app should be able to VERIFY game files and if needed, replace any files, or get rid of files that shouldn't be in the game folder. upvote this feedback in feedback hub: https://aka.ms/AAal5by
