Let us set bandwidth limits for Xbox app game downloads, other game clients such as Steam have this feature.

- Yeah this should just be common sense by now. Obviously people often need to limit bandwidth when they need to download an 80gb game. So it doesn’t completely destroy the internet for the entire house. But of course being a Microsoft app the most common obvious features are missing.
