Intune Decks
Hello Partner Community - I am in search of Intune PowerPoint decks and wondering if anyone has links handy or can point me in the right direction. Any type of deck would be great (pitch deck, overview), but I am also looking specifically for more technical focused decks on Intune that might cover configuration profiles, endpoint security configuration, app deployment, device enrollment, Autopilot, etc. Thanks!ZachSaltzmanSep 17, 2024Brass Contributor380Views0likes3CommentsUnable to access partner account due to lost 2FA phone
I lost my phone used for 2FA for my Microsoft Partner account. I've tried repeatedly to recover my account, providing multiple supporting documentation, but have not been able to do so. I've not yet been able to find a phone number to talk with a real person, and all the 'Contact Us' links I can find require you log onto your account in order to access the content, but I cannot log on due to 2FA method lost. Is this what's considered Catch 22? Is anybody here able to provide a method of contacting a Microsoft Partner representative without 2FA?JDMcCADDJun 06, 2024Copper Contributor151Views0likes0CommentsProblema al instalar CAL rds por device
Saludos, ---------------------------------- Translation: We have a virtual server with Windows Server 2019 Standard that all various users connect simultaneously. For this reason, we have purchased 40 CAL RDS by device (used by us, but our partner has purchased it erroneously). Otherwise, when converting to RDS CAL by user of the Windows Server license administrator, we do not allow multiple users to connect via RDP. The tests that have been done include reinstalar the escritorio role remoto and volver to install the licenses, but this is not resolving the problem. Additionally, the License Diagnostic will be displayed as if there is no installed license. Why is this inconvenient?Leonel_BatosMay 30, 2024Copper Contributor209Views0likes1CommentChronic OTC Authentication Issues: Disparity Between Microsoft's Promised Service Excellence and Act
Dear Microsoft Leadership Team, I am writing to you as the Founder of PRbots.AI, Jose Rodriguez Valcourt, to express my deep concern and disappointment with the ongoing challenges I have faced with Microsoft's support system. My experience over the past several months, dealing with multiple unresolved One-Time Code (OTC) authentication issues, starkly contrasts with the high standards of customer service and technical proficiency that Microsoft is known to uphold. Below is a comprehensive list of the support tickets I have opened, which collectively represent the persistent and unresolved challenges I have been facing: Ticket #2312080040000220 - Authentication of MSN OTC (MSN365 DEV E5). Ticket #2311150040011198 - Unable to pass verification - Telephone OTC. Ticket #2310200040007450 - Cannot receive OTP, too many numbers. Ticket #2310190040013676 - More than 30 days waiting for customer support to fix an OTC delivery issue. Ticket #2310060040003822 - Unable to activate benefits - won't receive MF code. Ticket #2309260040013202 - XFR | Developer 365 | E5 Subscription activation. Ticket #2309260040004535 - Finding my benefits. Ticket #2309180040006331 - Stuck in company verification. Ticket #2309220040003389 - Account Validation - With Local Legal documents attached. The recurrent nature of these issues, coupled with their inadequate resolution, fundamentally contradicts the vision and commitment to service excellence that Microsoft promises in its marketing and public relations endeavors. The experience I have endured is not just a reflection of technical glitches but also signifies a breakdown in the customer support framework that is expected to uphold the highest standards of efficiency and customer satisfaction. In this challenging journey, I would like to acknowledge the efforts of Eddy and Juan, who have demonstrated notable dedication and effort in attempting to assist me. Their commitment in the face of these challenging issues is commendable and stands out in my prolonged and difficult experience with Microsoft support. Given the severity and persistence of these issues, and their clear deviation from Microsoft's proclaimed standards, I urgently request a thorough review and immediate escalation of my case. The situation calls for a strategy that is not only technically adept but also aligned with the customer-centric values that Microsoft espouses. I seek a resolution that goes beyond temporary fixes, offering a deep dive into the root causes and ensuring that such challenges are not faced by any customer in the future. It would be appropriate to involve a specialized team or higher management in this matter to achieve a resolution that is both effective and reflective of Microsoft's commitment to excellence. I await a prompt and concrete response, hoping that it will not only resolve the current technical issues but also restore my confidence in Microsoft as a symbol of reliability and customer-first approach. Sincerely, Jose Rodriguez Valcourt Founder, PRbots.AIPrbotsaiJan 09, 2024Copper Contributor303Views1like0CommentsMicrosoft Cloud Partner Program dedicated session at Inspire!

Hi, We are currently CSPs. We need to be able to become a LAR (large Account Reseller) or a LSP (License Software Provider), to be able to help our end-customers sign EAs and SCEs (VL-agreements) with Microsoft. In that process, it seems that we need to have a Partner Development Manager. Any guidance into achieving our goal to be able to help our end customers sign EAs and SCEs (VL-agreements) would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!Mmk2118May 28, 2023Brass Contributor1.7KViews0likes5CommentsFebruary 2023 CSP Partner Community Call
